Totally ridiculous !!! My boss purchased a Kyocera Duramax online ! Since he is older he had always taken his new phone or bought one through the store , thinking that they can do anything ! Needless to say neither of the two reps new anything about changing a flip phone over to another one, and both stated that !! Huh !! So he proceeds to try and transfer it over. I noticed that he didn't even know how to take the back off the device nor to take the battery out !!! After the two of us tell him how to remove the back and battery I begin to watch a music video on YouTube! Since I was listening to a song I didn't hear all of what the other rep Laura said but I stopped the video as I heard her being totally rude to 2 ladies who had came in after us ! When I looked up towards her computer it was an 86 year old lady and her daughter ! Unbelievable!! So I wait until they are almost finished and I stepped outside so I could ask just what and all the rep said ! The older lady told me that she was 86 and that Laura was talking to her telling her to wait her turn being unbelievably bossy that she had to take one customer at a time !! Really !!! All the older lady said to her as she was talking to the daughter was that she wanted to pay her bill , but since Laura had talked to the daughter first she left the store without getting to pay her bill ! Broke my heart!!! She lightened up when she realized that I was staring at her with not so nice of a look !! Meanwhile inside the store stood my boss with the boy rep who had no idea what he was doing !!! As I started back into the store my boss comes towards me saying very loudly let's get the H*ll out of here ! We just got home and the old phone he has is partically transferred over. The new phone will make calls but cannot receive calls !! I only got online at this time trying to find the manager or Regional manager of this location. When I seen the reviews I thought I might take a moment to give ours !!! Now off to find someone to report...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a phone from Madiey and was pleased with service. I did have to return two times for help in connecting my phone to my IPad, and will also say I am 77. First time Zoey was there and I was so impressed with the knowledge she had and patience she took with me, even though she did not get credit for sell, you would never have known it. I did return with questions about charges and also needing couple more things combining phone and iPhone and Daisy Mae helped me. Both times I thought I was going in on days Madiey worked. Once again I was given super service from Daisy Mae, again she didnāt receive credit. She helped me with my questions, passwords, connection and even gave me some recommendations. I have Dish for my phone, but she took time to tell me all they had to offer combining everything. Neither one talked down to me, or made me feel..well like an old person. Customer service is a real biggie with me. I sold appliances for 31 years at Sears, Worked at FedEx for 15 years and their Purple Promise I took very serious. I also sold Real Estate for 18 years at Crye-Leike Realtors, which was one of the largest companies in the Southern Territory and a very credible company that expected only the best from those that worked there. I did retire and moved away from all I knew. I say all of that to say I seldom give reviews, and have in some ways grown to expect service that is subpar. I left there today feeling really good about my product and service and think they all deserve Kudos for establishing my faith in a good service once again . Thank you to all involved....

Rachelle & Daisy have always been so kind and have made sure that I leave satisfied. I received the text survey after my last visit and accidentally entered the wrong number (stating I was highly unsatisfied instead of highly satisfied). I tried to fix my answer but couldn't figure out how. Later I received a call from Daisy checking in to make sure everything was ok with my visit. I just want to say, that every time I go to Decherd's AT&T store and see these two faces, I know I am going to not only leave happy, but I'm also going to get friendly conversation while I am there. Friendliness in customer service is a rarity these days, but these girls never fail to make me...
