Changing my review! What a joke, ordered parts over a month ago and they still haven't arrived! Little did they know I ordered the same parts from O'REILLY's, and I had them the next day, and have installed them already!! And at a cheaper price for the same warranty! But I've been leading them on to actually see how long it takes to get parts from them, because I'm curious! But seriously, over a month now, and when I contact them in person or over the phone, they can't explain why! The manager acts like she knows what's going on, but honestly she has no clue! She tends to flirt and joke to kinda smooth the deal, but that honey pot stuff doesn't appeal to me at all. The only person I would trust in that store is Charles, he will always shoot...

Went in for a battery replacement back in November of 2023, it was busy so it took some time to be assisted, but overall a good experience. Fast forward to now, my car was having more issues, I took it into a shop to be checked out, worried that it was the alternator this time, but it was the battery again (I have had to replace the battery three times since purchasing the vehicle, four years ago, due to a parasitic drain of some sort). My battery died in the middle of nowhere TN and I had to get a tow into town to replace it. I made several calls to check on cost and logistics. Craig at the Auto Zone in Decherd, TN was by far the most helpful! While they weren’t the cheapest, they installed for free so it worked out about the same as WalMart where the wait was 2-3 hours!!
