I walked in like a lost dog⊠the Verizon Wireless store in Decherd, TN and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received from Elijah. From the moment I walked in the door, Elijah made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs with the utmost professionalism and kindness. His knowledge of the products and services offered by Verizon Wireless was impressive and he was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
What really stood out to me was Elijah's exceptional customer service skills. He was patient, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. He made sure that I was comfortable and made the process of choosing the right plan and device for my needs seamless and stress-free.

First off, I walked in to upgrade my phone and told the lady IMMEDIATLEY that I did not want to pay on the edge program and wanted to pay the discounted price up front. She told me it came with a bundle of several accessories and totaled to 206. The next day we looked at the bill and saw that I was paying for the edge program. we called and were told that the 206 was the taxes and accessories that I was told paid for the phone. She literally picked them up for me and put them in the bag. Then as I tried to explain what happened to me to the representative, the lady continues to patronize me and get angry and me. I completely understand the different plans but I expect when a representative blatantly lies to you that there's some sore of reimbursement or something done for the customer other than "I'm sorry." And when I said I wanted to think about my options she said "fine" and hung up. I did not make the mistake and the company should do more for the customer when a careless mistake like this happens.    Read moreWe purchased 4 new IPhone 15 pro maxâs at the Decherd/Winchester area on Sunday, July 21st. We also purchased 4 screen protectors. They were installed by Tony. Within one hour and not even using the phone, the screen protectors were cracked on two phones. The third phone cracked the protector within 12 hours. The 4th phone has a noticeably large air pocket I the middle of the screen. We have requested a full refund on the screens because they obviously were defective. Tony has stated that the manager will not issue a full refund but only replace the screen protectors. We are not interested In putting money into already proven defective product. We also do not live locally and unable to drive immediately to this location to get new screen protectors. Further more the manager is not available to issue any type of refund/repair until next week. Which will put ours out of the window to return the iPhones. My recommendation: buy everything online on Verizonâs website so that these small scamming companies can be put out of business and stop ripping people off for their hard...
