We came in a week or so ago for ice cream. There was a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed for dine in but the doors were open so we assumed they were open for ordering inside you just couldnât dine in. There was also a couple eating outside on the patio so we were going to do the same. We walk in and all the employees immediately start staring at us and start complaining to each other about how we were inside etc. They all ignored us but someone in a black shirt who I assume was a manager passed by so I asked if we could order inside or if we needed to go thru the drive thru and he heavily sighed and said we could order inside and that a previous customer had left the doors unlocked. If it wasnât okay I donât understand why he didnât just say so, we were fine going through the drive thru and thatâs why I asked. No need for attitude. So we looked at the menu for a few minutes and the manager at the counter disappeared. About ten minutes go by and all the other employees wonât even look in our direction so I ask if we can order and the girl in the drive thru says itâs going to be a while since they were short staffed and thatâs why the lobby was closed. So I tell her thatâs why I asked in the first place if we could order inside and if not they could have said so from the beginning. I told her itâs fine and weâd go thru the drive thru. So we order and as sheâs cashing us out she apologizes for the misunderstanding. But then we see manager that disappeared at the counter taking another customers order. If he didnât want to take our order Iâm not sure why he said it was okay in the first place. Maybe teach your staff how to better handle situations like that. Will not be coming back here...

I said I have never had pumpkin this soft before. They were not helpful AT ALL. Didnât offer to make a new one or anything. Iâve been getting pumpkin pie blizzards for years from DQ. Never got one so meltedâŚor any blizzard for that matter in my life. I had to put it in my freezer for about 1 hour to get it to the right consistency. The Oreo blizzard I had ordered with extra âstuffâ had no extra stuff! The person who I gave it too had to get more Oreos. Iâd asked him if there was any extra chucks in it. He goes no, this isnât the place where they do that. And I said yes they do, itâs DQ. He had to go get extra Oreos. Paid $14 for this ice cream. Extremely...
   Read moreGreat service, and you can most always rely on them to get the food out fast if you are on brake or in a rush. The food however (once really good) is now mediocre as compared to before. The burgers they offer now are just abominable, doesn't even taste like real meat even for a fast food chain. It is definitely not the staffs fault, and should be brought up with the out of touch corporate department (as almost all corporate departments are).
Also as a side not; I have noticed that some employees in particular do not wear gloves. That is fine, I am not a germaphobe. But I have observed a lady at the front go from cleaning the front counter to picking up my fries from the top while touching the fries with the same hand she was...
