Ordered 3 footlong subs online for pickup. When I went to the register for pickup there was 1 customer ahead of me, the employee finished up with him and then proceeded to walk out of the employee exit door not even acknowledging me until she was almost passed me. When I told her I had a pickup order she pointed to the cart and said "that's probably it over there", but I also needed to buy a couple bag of chips so she did go back behind the counter to ring those. Went to the pickup cart and realized they shoved all 3 footlongs into one tiny bag that was already ripped because they clearly didn't all fit in there and one wrapper wasn't all the way closed - my sandwich was exposed hanging out of the bag while sitting on the pickup cart in the lobby with other customers standing right next to it waiting to order.
Got home and all 3 sandiwches had no cheese, were clearly just slopped together as the meats weren't even on the bread, they were shoved into the back fold of the sandwich. My husband ordered "The DrayPotle Steak" that is being advertised for March madness (no changes to the order, made as pictured/advertised) and it had so little meat or toppings, it's the most pitiful looking sandwich I've ever seen. Read moreI have placed an order twice online for delivery and I have been very disappointed. The first time my order was all mixed up and I was missing some of my order. I figured I would let it go and I decided to give it another try but unfortunately I wasn’t given my full order so I decided to file a complaint. Which I wasn’t happy with their response as I was given an apology but wasn’t even offered a refund for the items I didn’t receive so I’m not going to recommend subway and I will say that it’s a disappointment that customer service has went down hill in our world today. I understand mistakes happen however simply refunding what I did not receive would have taken care of this but that wasn’t an option...

I ordered delivery from the app. I got two footlongs and both hwas supposed to be double meat ($3 extra A PIECE) my order was $36 and when I got it neither sandwich had double meat. When I called a woman answered and proceeded to tell me that I had to get ahold of door dash for a refund when I did not order through door dash but through the app. She tried to tell me she couldn't do anything about it and had to call back later to speak to a manager. I have not touched my food and will be calling back. I wouldn't complain but I decided to go extra & then get ripped off. Very unsatisfied customer...
