Alert! I just went to Latinos to buy some Peruvian tamales. They are kept in the freezer section near the butcher station. The door was ajar, and I checked the tamales. They were getting soft. I closed the door, but it stayed ajar. I looked for someone to tell. When I told the woman that the door had been left open for a while, she lied thinking I did not know about food safety or could read English. I told her that they were always kept frozen.
