I spent over 3 months trying to purchase and install doors from this location. Interior, exterior, all closets and screens if possible. We tried to be patient knowing this was an odd time for everyone and maybe business is not running as usual. But I’ve been hung up on countless times, email not returned, someone to measure doors at our home twice but they never actually hand over the measurements to us nor home depot. No one is available when we come in person or someone who knows nothing will take Our info and swearing we’ll have a return call when they find out what’s going on but never get one and constantly repeated this process. Idk if it’s just this location or Home Depot in general. No one could offer any information outside of an assistant manager who noticed we didn’t even have an order in the system the first time. Mind you, we had an order In hand since day one. There’s a serious lack of communication in any and all departments. Had the Assistant manager not talked to me we wouldn’t have had a second measurement to begin with. Any future calls for him or any manager since has lead to being passed around extensions at that location for up to 20 mins and just straight hang ups when I call back and ask for a manager to get this done. Mind you, not once was I rude or deserving of hang ups. They just didn’t feel like transferring anymore or attempt to physically look for a manager. For someone who has medical issues, I can’t visit when I’d like and already have had to walk in more times than I could count to just leave information with a random employee. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful associate who took the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the right breaker for my needs. The associate was very knowledgeable about the different types of breakers available, and they were able to recommend a breaker that was both safe and affordable. I was very impressed with the customer service I received at Home Depot, and I would definitely recommend this store to others.

I was particularly impressed with the associate's knowledge of breakers. They were able to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise way, and they made sure that I understood the different features and benefits of each breaker. I also appreciated that they took the time to walk me through the installation process, and they made sure that I had everything I needed to get the job done right.

Monica, the “manager” needs a lesson in customer service. If in fact the policies and procedures she says are in effect, then Home Depot, you need to do better. We were at the Delray Beach store and a product was $305. We did not purchase it, but went to our store closest to our house. At that store, the product was $419. We spoke to Monica about the discrepancy, she said there’s nothing she could do about it if we didn’t like it, purchase the item at her Deerfield store, take it back to the Delray Beach store, and then re-purchase it at the DelRay beach store!. Her suggestion is totally ludicrous. My husband and I proceeded to call customer service, which got us absolutely nowhere. First of all, they told us that we were not allowed to do what Monica had instructed. Then they said they would match any product for any other retail store, Walmart, etc., except their own stores. The only positive was an employee named Larry Who is kind, and tried to resolve the issue. He should be commended. The issue was not resolved, this store lacks appropriate management and customer service, at least during the hours we were there.
