In & Out Cuts DeKalb — Attraction in DeKalb Township

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a barbershop. The guy who cut my hair and beard had no skills beyond using clippers. Didn't even introduce himself so I can't even provide a name. (Hispanic short buzzed haircut). This guy was definitely not a barber... he used a straight razor with no sort of saving cream. Left me with razor burns the entire day. I had even asked for natural lines he decided to give me sharp cheek lines. I figured it was his first day so I cut him a break but I hope the next person doesn't fall victim to this untrained "barber". That guy also would have let me leave without any aftershave if I didn't stop to ask for it. Maybe it was just one bad experience but jeez... if you're not a barber... admit to it and be like.. "Yo.. I don't know how to cut beards or use scissors". Long story short... I had to go to sports clips to get my haircut fixed. Even the ladies there asked me where I came from. In response to the rapid reply I received on this review: First, I've made an appointment. I do understand that you do not accept walk-ins and had no problem with that rule. Myself and My son has had one barber by the name of Tony who seems to believe he's the greatest but he could use some cleaning up. Lines weren't the good and my son's hair was uneven with a basic low ceaser. I didnt want to specify a specific barber but you insist. At the end of the day, I'm not the only one star reviewer with the same feelings. Instead of investigating pay attention to the people you have working there. I was referred to Christian by pretty much all of my male cousins. This was my first time coming here I needed a last minute cut for my son and Christian was kind enough to squeeze us in. He took his time was so polite. My son was being a kid moving talking fidgeting and Christian still managed to make his cut look flawless.
