The lobby has a modern look slapped on it that feels empty and just hospitable enough to wait for your drink.

The only evident way to order is kiosks at the counter or ordering online. The kiosks ask you for tip money for the completely computerized shopping experience.

The main item I got was the brown sugar boba. The brown sugar syrup basically tastes like caramel, did they use caramel instead? The brown sugar boba are not chewy at all and taste like water. I paid almost $8 for this vanilla soft serve tube with the caramel and water boba. I will not be getting it again.

The metal lid that seals the ice cream container is very sharp and you should jot try and eat the ice cream off of it. I cut the inside of my mouth on the lid and bled significantly.

Overall I do not think I will return after this...

Me and my partner went opening day and the drinks were delicious! I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and he got the peach ring drink. The matcha latte did not look as expected (the layers were not as pronounced), however it was absolutely perfect! The strawberry is sweet and the matcha latte is earthy and works really well. The environment is clean and bright, however since frequenting the Rockford location, I feel as though I am missing more of the decor I'm used to. Overall,...
