Volusia Smoke & Vape — Attraction in DeLand

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. Have purchased from this store about 10 times until recently they sold me a faulty piece. The clip for the nectar collector I bought was broken and couldn’t hold the nail. I returned 4 days later(once I got back in state) to return it. Was told to come back next week to speak with the manager. Came back on three different occasions trying to speak to this manager. On my fourth attempt I finally meet him at the store and he informs me he has to call his supervisor after about 10 minutes of going back and forth with him. The piece was very obviously not used and both the manager and associate I spoke to prior confirmed that the clip was indeed broken. When the manager calls his supervisor he neglects to tell him that the piece was in faulty condition when sold to me and says I wanted to return it. After a very short phone call he informs me it has been too long since purchase and there’s nothing they can do. My friend group and I will gladly be taking our business elsewhere. I recommend shopping at other shops nearby such as Pipe Eyes for a more comfortable experience. Very shady and unfortunate they handled...

I just moved to the area and needed to Find a new local smoke shop. I am the type of customer that would easily become a daily one if the prices were right. I was literally asking questions in regards to this since usually smoke shops will work with you if they know you will be a daily customer spending plenty of money in their store daily. I got a deer in headlights look when I asked this since there prices are just incredibly high from what I been used to paying, or in regards to how much dollars off a purchase is a 100 points worth in their rewards program. Rubbed me the wrong way when I’m simply acknowledging I’d become a daily customer if I was to get prices for products around what I been used to. Service and the way employee engaged with me when I was asking these questions was horrible. Didn’t work with me what so ever. I got less than half of what I’d normally get for the same price. Literally only 3 bucks off if I spend 100 when my other store was 10. Between that and the awful customer service, I’m not coming back here. Back to...

Purchased multiple vapes from this store. One was faulty upon opening the package. Employee would stand behind the product and used some excuse of covid being part of the reason for not replacing there faulty evade. This particular vape monster bar runs about 25 bucks. Every vape store I go to asks me to test the product to ensure its not faulty from the factory. Not only have I never received a faulty product from the competitors stores if I had they would have replaced it immediately. This location would not replace there bad product and used covid as justification in there poor customer service. We will not be spending any more money in this store and it sucks since its the closest vape store...
