Pizza Hut — Restaurant in DeLand

I went to Pizza Hut twice in north woodland Blvd DeLand . I ordered from the app and showed up to pick up my order in the time the app said.first time I waited 25 minutes to get my order, the order was wrong, the food was absolutely disgusting . I decided to give it another shot tonight. I walked in and there were 14 ppl standing around waiting for there food. The cashier was no where to be found, there were 4 or 5 ppl working an no one was helping anyone at the counter. I waited 30 minutes . Upon my wait I was looking at some of the other orders that were going out and Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves for the food they are serving.. it looks nothing like they advertise. ( I know that's pretty much every place you eat, the food never looks like advertised ) BUT this was horrible!! I saw someone take out the New York style pizza ( that is what I ordered) it was nothing like a new York style pizza, it's the same normal size pizza , it was over cooked , the cheese was dark brown.. pizza hut must not know what new York pizza is ... After about 35 minutes of waiting now , I got tired of it and just left. Glad I did because I would not have accepted my food if it looked like the previous person's order. Lastly I'll add in that the place was very dirty looking, I seen stains up on the ceiling and walls. It was a gross atmosphere . And the staff was not friendly at all, or helpful. I'll never order there again, I'll never go there again. I don't recommend this...

Truly the WORST customer service and on site experience in my life concerning ANY pizza place! I ordered vis phone, the young lady kept calling me "honey" granted I'm female old enough to be her mother...I drove to pick up pizza, couldn't find it....it's dark, pouring down rain and I can't seem to find the location according to GPS. I called, and a young man picks up as I asked for exact location he laughed and hung up on me as I described where I was...I called back to cancel order and the another gentleman answered and gave me directions. I drove around the area again only to find out I been driving by it and all external lights and signage was completely turned off at 8:30 at night. I walked in, it was dark and empty..I yelled "hello"!, a female comes out apologized and I informed her that I been driving around for 20 min trying to find it, and got hung up on when I called yo get clarification and no wonder...all outdoor lighting and signs were completely off at night. She said yeah I just turned them on!!?? I canceled the order...how many red flags did I need to tell me the pizza would suck too!? Where are thr adults that work there!? To the owner, get new managers or at least employees that care! It will do wonders for...

Just got a vegi pizza yesterday and bread sticks. The pizza was good but the bread sticks were awful. They tasted like they were not completely cooked. They were cold & very thin. Maybe they have changed the way they are making, cooking, their bread sticks. I had changed to this Pizza Hut restaurant from the take out pizza hut place because the take out one wasn't doing too good anymore. I hope this one isn't going in that same direction. Don't know if it's the same owner but if it is, he/she needs to get on the ball to make their restaurant successful. (Maybe they need chef Ramsey to come by and give them some pointers) UPDATE: The pizza was ok. I don't think it was as hot as it should have been. Again I order bread STICKS but get a bread loaf. I've had pizza hut pizza for many years & have always been able to just pull apart the breadsticks. You can't now because it's a breadloaf. I don't understand why it has to be that way. I've put in reviews about it but it looks like no one reads these reviews so this will probably be my last one. No sense to waist my time if...
