Tonight me, my husband and my daughter were looking forward to eating KFC and had never tried this location before, we pulled into the parking lot (all lights were on including the menu board) only to pull up to the speaker and after a minute we were very rudely told through the speaker "we're closed!", so my husband asked what time they had closed since there were 2 employees standing right outside the front door smoking where we could clearly see them from the speaker and the girl at the speaker only repeated herself with the same horrible attitude, again he asked what time they had closed to which she finally replied "9 o'clock and it's 9 o'clock now". My husband asked if she could be any more rude to which she laughed and said yes! I have literally never called any restaurant and complained but this time I did and I'm very glad I did. The assistant manager named jermain sincerely apologized and was extremely understanding and offered to happily replace whatever I was going to order and even told me that the girl at the speaker would be spoken to about the incident and he was extremely nice and reassured me that he does not approve of the way we were treated as customers and it would be taken care of. Only because of how friendly and professional he was I will give this store another shot. Thank goodness at least he was very kind...
Read moreI figure that I’d write something considering the fact that I’ve been waiting more than 25 minutes for my food. It’s called “fast food”! Haha! This place is a joke. The girl has asked me in three different occasions what my order was just to “confirm”. Then she came out and said that the biscuits weren’t ready, and then she said that they gave our order to someone else! She said that my wings would be another ten minutes, so I asked that they at least bring out the other food which was supposedly “ready”. She never did… I literally saw at least 10 other cars receive their order before I did mine. It’s really annoying because we came here because the wait at the Chinese place was 30 minutes, and we are on our way home which is over an hour away from us. We just want our food, and we came to a “fast” food place so it would be quick. My daughter is crying and all you can do is come out every 5 minutes to tell me that it’s coming out soon. Stop lying and just bring me my food. This place is garbage! Never had an experience like this at KFC. 40 minutes is not...

I went thru drive-thru and I was the only one in line. I ordered the 12 piece tender meal and asked for some jelly for the biscuits, needless to say i spent 22.36 and they couldn't get my order right with me being the only one in line. they only gave me a 10 piece. so when i called to fix the problem and almost said the f word (but i stopped myself) the manager Irene hung up on me when i was asking her name, so my wife called back to get her name and the area supervisors number. i then talked to her boss Cathy who didn't seem to belive me and made excuses while admitting she worries about them giving out wrong orders. no customer should be made to feel like it's there fault as they tried to make me feel. this is what i took away from trying to correct this problem they don't care and it's your fault they can't count. to anyone wanting chicken don't go here cause if they mess up it'll be your fault you've been...
