Wow...it's changed some of the volunteers are extremely rude and talked to people like they are less than even referring to some as "they" meaning less than not in a racially ignorant way in an unfortunate people demeanor. You can't yell at people or kids because they are utilizing a resource needed. I get people take advantage everyday but seriously? It makes people look at churches surrounding differently we are not dogs and some just fell on hard times it's embarrassing and to be further embarrassed by people who were supposedly are there to help yet judge and demeaning Edit..it seemed the volunteer was already irritated there weren't anyone giving her a hard time in fact the one checking people in was giving a hard time and I was behind a lady who had her ID and for some reason the other two volunteers found her but instead of simply apologizing for holding up the line and embarrassing that lady her pride wouldn't let her knowing she was wrong.
