i have never been to a phone store in my life and had such a bad experience like i did with this store. i live in marysville, and at first i went to the boost mobile here to purchase a phone (staff at this store is awesome and very respectful, props to megan for being such a good representative here). Marysvilles boost mobile did not have the phone i was wanting so she thankfully called delawareâs boost mobile to ask them if they had any, in which they did, so she asked if they would hold it for me. when i got to the boost mobile in delaware. i walked in and was not wearing a mask (iâm sorry but i have very personal reasons why i do not want to wear them, if you want to wear them thatâs fine but i donât want to) he told me i needed a mask so i took my shirt and covered my nose and mouth with it. he told me i couldnât do that. i then proceeded to tell him i did not have a mask with me and he said i could buy one from them for $2, you know the ones that are white and blue that people give out for free, yeah thatâs the one. so i bought one for $2. then i noticed a lady who was not happy, and was becoming very irritable at the staff that she was dealing with. when it was my turn he got the phone and went to activate it with my same number but my account was pending because i was originally on my parents plan, but had called a few weeks ago to get on my own plan. come to find out they were waiting for the new cycle to begin which was why it was pending. so he fixed that but every time i had a question i felt he was completely rude along with the other person working with him. after the phone was activated he told me that he can waive the $25 set up fee if i purchased an accessory, they had NO accessories for the phone i got except for a charger which already came with the phone, so i asked him if there was a longer length one and he said yeah and took one off the rack. he rang up my order and the phone charger was $26. i get home only to find out that the charger is literally the same length as a regular charger. i literally paid a huge price for the phone i got, but all of the extra stuff is unnecessary. now my question is can i bring this REGULAR length charger back and...

I went in to get a new iPhone 12 first the Lady that was helping me mustâve been new since she didnât know what she was doing and didnât have answers to my basic questions, anyways time passed about 35 minutes and they get a phone they did NOT ask me what color I wanted it may not sound important but they just gave me a random phone without asking me which one I wanted when I had a specific color in mind so they rang it up. They also told me the activation fee would be waved if I got a case and screen protector so I did. A little more time goes by and the lady takes my phone out of the box and continues to put the case and screen protector on after I asked her what she was doing she had an attitude and in a bad tone said âokayâ and rolled her eyes. Then she continues to set the phone up without my asking them too. I know how to set up a phone and I understand some people may need help doing that but I am not one of those people and I can also put a case and a screen protector on my phone and unbox it myself, also she did such a bad a job putting the screen protector on it wasnât centered so I had to take it off immediately after getting into the car. Also the store was playing explicit music which I donât care about but for some people that is extremely unprofessional, she also dropped the F-word and I forget what she was talking about but she was having a conversation with a coworker when she said it. A very unprofessional approach and I am not happy with the customer service from boost, this is not the first time either. They both go out of their way to take care of every customer that walks through the door to assist them in their cell phone needs. They take the time to listen and offer every solution possible to take care of their customers needs. My phone was charging slow and I had an upgrade choice. I ended up taking an upgrade to a better phone for me. Then I asked a lot of questions about things like anti-virus apps and deleted a bunch of apps I did not need on my phone that were causing numerous ads to pop up on my screen and slowing my processing down. They each cared so much to help me it brought tears to my eyes. Seth and Brady feel like family to me now and because of the extra effort they put forth to help me out I will not get my phone and accessories any place else.
