Was waiting in Staples in Delran ,for over 45 minutes. Waited 30 minutes just for the manager to go in the back to get the product that I needed. Three people waiting on me turned me over to someone else and kept on telling me the manager was busy. it turns out the managers name is Valentine when I first came into the store. I was looking for a product and he couldn’t seem to help me online I said forget it. I’ll go to Amazon to buy it.He heard me speaking to the other two gentlemen, that were helping me They told me the manager ,busy all the while he’s behind the counter with the printers talking to people on the phone and waiting on the customers and the second gentleman that was helping me he went to work on the register up front Here I thought he was in the back with the manager all that time over 25 minutes. when I went to the young man that was at the front registers.I said I thought you were helping me,he said the managers gonna get it, so where is the manager and he pointed to that gentleman Valentine the one I spoke to when I first arrive. He was on the phone when I approached the counter then he put the phone on the counter and told the person to hold on. He went to go check the printer when he was coming back to pick up the phone and I said wait a minute excuse me !II been here waiting before all that phone call .I thought you’re supposed to retrieve my merchandise in the back ,I made my purchase and left customer service with the two young men were very nice . All the time I’m waiting for the manager. He was right there attending other customers and taking phone calls that’s un acceptable and he knew I was asking the other two young boys what happened? Read moreI want to shine a light on a couple of staff members. Yesterday, July 16, 2025, I visited your store to return a product to Amazon and to get a few files printed. Jordan was manning the Print Shop, and when I tell you he was an absolute pleasure to work with, it is no understatement. I ran into several difficulties while attempting to print my labels; yet, Jordan remained ever so calm and helped me every step of the way. He quickly thought of possible solutions for every obstacle we encountered until we were able to get things in order. When other customers came, he respectfully excused himself, helped them, and returned to continue helping me through my struggles without so much as a shift in his demeanor. He was kind, helpful, and incredibly patient. When we ran into an issue he just couldn't figure out, he tagged Joe (who was equally kind, patient, and helpful) into the conversation. I've interacted with most of the employees at this location at one time or another, and they've all been great, but Jordan's patience and persistence yesterday really transformed my day. Read morecalled right before 1 PM today, explained my specific thing i needed done regarding photos being printed and they assured me they could handle it. I headed over there immediately and it was a huge waste of my time. the employee had more interest in chatting with a friend after lazily mumbling at me. It took me a minute to figure out he was directing me to self service. Each method of self service required payment to access. The printers required 5 dollar surcharge, the computer requires you to swipe your credit card and be immediately charged per minute to use. I had an issue I couldn't solve at home on my own computer the employee who answered the phone assured me they could assist me. The person working there did not assist me. I wasted like an hour of my afternoon on a sunday, wasted gas and was not helped at all. The person was working the print desk at 1 PM on Sunday and had a beard. Last time i go there for photos to be printed, I'll go to CVS instead. I was ready to pay extra for some sort of help and service, and was willing to pay a premium, this store does not provide that.
