Delran Bagel Cafe — Restaurant in Delran Township

Should have checked the reviews. Seems like much of this places food items are great but one item gets lots of bad reviews which is also what I ordered. A bagel and cream cheese. I KNOW! It's a bagel joint right, this shoukd be the star. But .... Their bagels are on the small side of average and very small size based on other NJ bagel spots. The bagel bite was fresh and not to rubbery which is why i gave 2 stars over 1. As asked for EXTRA toasted and the thing was barely even warm with not one speck of "toastedness" to it. The cream cheese was spread on thinner than butter. So lacking on 1 piece that I didnt even eat it. So I only ate 3/4 of the bagel. not a good sign. The cream cheese itself wasnt very cheesy tasting either and actually had a watered down taste. Try something else but do NOT go here for bagel and cream...

Good for a quick bite. This place gets waves of customers and then quiet moments between each time I visit. This is handled well by the staff who work quickly and efficiently to push out orders. I've never had any issues with the food. My only problem is how cramped the location feels and how the line keeps devolving into a ball, making it unclear who had already ordered. I don't think there's much that can be done about that at their current location, so I'd suggest keeping your group small or making your order to-go. My wife and I come here for a quick breakfast before our early errand runs. We prefer to come here instead of their competitor in Willingboro for the jalapeño cheddar bagels and generous cream...

An honest subpar bagel joint in an area with much better competition. I ordered an everything bagel with extra veggie cream cheese, toasted. The bagel was dry with not much character and lacking any salt. The star of the usual New Jersey bagel, the cream cheese, was “runny” and tasteless with subtle and unwelcome sour tones. The quantity of the cream cheese is as pathetic aswell. The only saving grace for my review on this place was the cleanliness of the store front and kindness of its employees.

All in all. I would recommend going somewhere else in the area for a more satisfying bang...
