We love our new membership. Our boys would jump every day if we let them. 2 big concerns of being there as a parent, however (hence the 3 stars), are the location of the bathrooms and the atmosphere. Bathrooms: I know this is due to the building they obtained and not necessarily Sky Zone's choice, but the men's and women's rooms have a shared entrance before you actually choose which one you want to go in. And they are in the very back corner of the building, out of earshot and sight of many locations. I don't feel comfortable letting my kids use the bathroom or even go to the drinking fountain alone. Atmosphere: Literally, there is air freshener constantly being pumped into the air. (See photos.) It might smell pleasant when you walk in, but it's difficult to tolerate after a while. I don't know that people expounding loads of energy should be breathing in all that junk. Air freshener = fragrance = toxic chemicals = hormone disruptors. I would take the smell of a sweaty gym over the air freshener if I knew it was safer for my kids any day. Honestly, we might not re-up our membership again because of this. Edited to update: Turns out we HAD to re-up because, with 3 children in tow, apparently I missed the memo that our monthly contract would automatically be renewed month-to-month. We just realized we paid for 3 months without stepping foot in the building! Luckily I was able to email them and have those months added to our account for future use, but... I REALLLLLLY hope management rethinks the air freshener situation. That's honestly the biggest detergent for me!

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! I was just there last night with my 2 children and was injured helping my 4 year old daughter. She got stuck on one of the platforms over a foam block pit. For some reason she was really afraid of falling in. The staff wasn’t helping her so I jumped into the pit to catch her only for my foot to land on an exposed metal screw. I ripped a flap of skin off the bottom of my foot the size of a half dollar coin. When staff let the manager know he came to look at the screw and didn’t bring any first aid supplies. He left and was gone for several minutes and came back with some bandaids and alcohol wipes saying “I don’t have any first aid training”. He left again and returned with the whole kit they had which still didn’t have the supplies I needed to do a quick field dressing so I had to call an ambulance and go to the hospital. It took over 10 minutes to get the first aid kit to me while I was just bleeding all over their floor. I puked in a trash can from anger and shock which no one removed so I had to smell it the whole time. Instead of helping me they left to go “watch for the paramedics.” I got to the hospital at about 8PM and didn’t leave until after 1AM with no shoes. My foot hurts badly and I’m not able to walk. If it foot found a screw you can bet there are more. Basically, this was a horrible experience and the only good thing about this was that it was me that got hurt and not my daughter or another kid. That’s where she would have fallen if I hadn’t jumped in to catch her. Go any where else!

Almost all the trampolines are gone! They took the best parts away for a basketball court.. I don't understand. Ripped equipment and electrical cords on what trampolines they did have left, all while children were bouncing on said trampolines. Live electrical cords. Isn't that crazy? There was no staff actually watching the bounce area. What staff they did have weren't enforcing rules, group of teens were piggy backing eachother. Running into little kids. Laying on trampolines so people couldn't bounce there and bouncing on trampoline squares little kids were already on. The lockers were taken away and replaced with little cubbies in a long halway. Nowhere safe to put valuables. The glow bounce wasn't turned on until multiple requests were put in an hour after starting time. Too expensive for all the stress

First off, it's a great place for kids... I am all about good exercise and physical activities that kids can enjoy... But there are a few complaints that I have...

First is the price... RIDICULOUS!!! For the amount of money you spend in the place, I would think to expect more out of the experience... The place is priced by the hour... And on top of that, they charge for the damn socks... REALLY??? You would think that for how much it costs, they would include the damn socks...

And not to mention the cost of the vending machines... The amount of traffic the place gets, you'd think they would go a little bit easier with the cost of everything...

Second is the smell... It's like a gym locker on steroids... When you walk in the place, it hits you like a sledge hammer... With all the money this place gets, you'd think they would take better care of the air purificationing... I can't stand being in there without having a smudge of Vicks under my nose...

And third is the Groupon days... It's a ZOO!!! The place gets super overpopulated with people and the smell is x100!!! If they were to make multiple special Groupon deals during the week, and other special prices besides Groupon... It would be easier to get in...

Last is the staff... They are all KIDS!!! And not to mention half are unmotivated to actually work...

I hope that the place will ease up in the future with all these issues... Then maybe we will frequently visit... Until then...

This place is rarely the best place to bring my...
