HORRIFYING Ordered my food over the phone, paid for it at the drive through and waited patiently for our food. Came out...no mask handed the food to the driver, we checked it was wrong. It was wrong from a distance, I knew it was wrong before we opened it up, but here we go.....
We pull up closer to the door, wait for the runner to come out and flag him down, let him know the order was wrong and he was walking back in the restaurant and asking us what we ordered (so we knew it was going to be incorrect again), he came out within 15 seconds from a back kitchen door with another bag and a ticket to my door (Passenger) and this is where it all goes wrong:
He doesn't have a mask on, he is leaning IN THE VEHICLE he is so close to me I am leaning back. Takes the 2nd incorrect order, blames the cooks for the error and goes back in comes out 3-4 minutes later with more food to my window that is rolled up, driver rolls it down while signaling and verbalizing to the guy to come to her side of the car and he sticks his upper body in the vehicle to talk to her....PANDEMIC or not this guy's violating my personal space. I kindly say please back up, he LEANS IN CLOSER TO ME, we are both taken aback by this I say it again sternly TWO MORE TIMES TO "BACK UP"...his arms are still hanging over my car window over my lap. I had to physically put my arm out the window to create space and signal to him to get back. In 2019 this situation would have ended the exact same way, there's no reason he was in our car like that.
He then calls me a "weirdo" and goes to the driver side to lean in her window and ask her to look at what felt like the 10th incorrect order. We've had enough so we just accept it and start to leave and that is when the guy starts shouting that I was rude and I should be more nice because....get ready for it.... :
"I MADE YOUR FOOD!!! (he's been in and out touching the doors and putting his hands in other folks cars) and "WE DON'T WEAR MASKS HERE AND IF YOU DONT LIKE THAT DON'T COME BACK (💀⚰)." Even more reason for him to be giving ME space. MIND-BLOWING.

Read moreI won't lie, the food is fantastic! I cannot give this place a good referral based on the service. My daughter ordered some nachos for delivery. What should have been $6.99 plus tax and tip ended up costing her $14. They sent the wrong order, which was more expensive than what she ordered, then charged a $2 delivery fee even though the website says "fast, free deliver", and the driver helped himself to an extra $1 tip. All of that together is just plain dirty. I called to discuss the matter and am placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hang up and call again and am on hold for another 8 minutes. I hang up, call again and am placed on hold again for 5 minutes before I'm hung up on. I call one more time, and this time now no one answers the phone (caller ID, I'm sure). I wasn't angry or yelling; I just wanted to let them know what happened. Now I'm angry, though. I end up driving to their location to try to get the issue resolved. The guy that deals with me doesn't look me in the eye. He says, regarding the website, that it's wrong and needs to be updated, and there is a $2 delivery fee. He also insists that my daughter only paid $10 for the order. In a roundabout way, he insists that we ordered the wrong food, we did not overpay, we over-tipped the driver, and we should have known that the website was wrong, and the mysterious $2 delivery fee exists. Shady, shady, shady business practices. I can't in good conscious ever use their services again based on this. How many times do they help themselves to their patron's money in the hopes that no one notices? Read moreIf I could give this restaurant negative stars I would. First the customer service is trash. The staff is incompetent and can't even take simple orders. I ordered a breakfast taco with no egg for which I had to repeat myself 3x stating no egg. They would only take cash so I had to go to an ATM to even purchase Get to pick up my order and left when I got to my destination there the taco was full of egg and nacho cheese sauce ( who puts nacho cheese sauce on a breakfast taco). I called to speak with someone as I wasn't able to eat it and threw away as I'm heading to my appointment. I was on hold at least 10 mins and the same person that took my order answered. I immediately asked for a manager and she puts me on hold. Few minutes pass and same person picks the phone back up and says she can't tell me who the manager is. I advised that makes no sense and tell her about my issue. This girl proceeds to argue with me stating that there was no egg on my item and that I was not telling the truth and the system shows she put no egg. Why lie about a $4-5 item? I still have my receipt and shows that she didn't advise no egg. She continued to argue stating that I can't get my money back unless I dig the item out the trash and bring it back. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been a customer of Famous Taco since they originally opened years ago. I will never give them another dime...
