Ok, so I'm not one to usually post bad reviews, but I'm also in retail sales for a career and I know how important they can be. Good or bad. This Tim Hortons has completely gone downhill. Just recently though. I have been going to this location since it opened in early 2000's and it has always been my "go to" coffee shop. The product is great and the people have always been great that work there. Up until recently. The "day crew" is still really good and has some "veterans" that seem to have been there for a while. But the "afternoon/evening crew" is something completely different. They are a young group and noticeable DO NOT care one bit about customer service. I go everyday, sometimes twice and in the last 10 days I was handed a cold cup of coffee. It was unnoticed until I got back to work and realized it. Today, as I was handed a cup of coffee through the drive through I was able to notice right away by the temp of the cup that it was cold again. I pointed it out to the kid at the window and asked for a new/hot cup. He went back and came to the window after a minute or two with another cup. This one was piping hot. But what was wrong this time was it wasn't even what I ordered, it was just a black coffee. Again, it's little things but to a "regular" customer it can be frustrating for sure. The owners of this location need to be made aware of this. I know nowadays it's really tough to find the right help, but having bad help involved with the public and customer service can be just as detrimental on a retail business. I am on the other side of town and pass 4 other coffee shops to come here because it's the last one left in town, but finally it looks like I will need to swing in to one of the other 4 to start getting my afternoon fix. Which is a shame simply because I know that this location seems to be struggling a bit with the shortening of their hours and not even serving food the whole day of open hours. Hopefully they can get the problems worked out, especially being the last of the great Tim Hortons left...
Read moreI’ve always been a fan of Tim Hortons, but every visit reminds me why it's a timeless favorite! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with that comforting, familiar scent of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or spending time with friends. The coffee? Perfectly balanced, rich, and consistently smooth. Whether it’s the classic double-double, a rich latte, or a bold dark roast, each cup feels like it was made just for you. Tim’s coffee never disappoints—it’s that perfect pick-me-up for any part of the day. And don’t even get me started on the bakery items! The Timbit is iconic, and the variety of donuts (especially the maple dip—heaven!) makes it impossible to choose just one. Plus, their sandwiches and wraps are always fresh, tasty, and satisfying—perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. The staff here always go the extra mile to ensure your experience is amazing, with a smile and friendly service that really makes you feel at home. Honestly, Tim Hortons isn’t just a coffee stop; it’s a cherished experience. Whether you're there for your daily coffee fix, a bite to eat, or just to enjoy a cozy moment, Tim’s delivers every time. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a taste of comfort, quality, and classic Canadian...
Read moreI don’t normally post reviews, but this is a little absurd. I’m from out of state and ordered a cold brew and a “number 7 with a hot coffee.” When I received my order, I received the cold brew and a wrap, but not the remainder of the order. I never received a receipt until I complained that I didn’t receive what I thought I ordered. When I asked if I was going to receive the coffee, the employees all argued with me saying I never ordered the “meal” and even tried to convince me that if I said I wanted a “number 7,” it doesn’t mean the meal. Kenya is the young lady who took my order. In normal circumstances, good customer service should trump a misunderstanding like this.
In general, I’m very disappointed with this location’s customer service. As someone who rarely if ever sees a Tim Horton’s, this leaves a very bad impression on what your company stands for. As a podcaster, physician, and highly networked individual, I’ve previously said nothing but good things about Tim Horton’s, but I think I’ve been wrong if this is how you treat customers.
(I would have gladly paid for what I ordered, but to be treated in this manner is not good for business.)
EDIT: It also took about 30 minutes to get a single wrap inside. I was polite the whole time and don’t understand this degree of...
