Wonderful and Safe Experience. I called the night before to schedule a 1:00 pick-up at Denver to Vail. Anthony was the person I spoke with and was kind and patient with all my questions. I reserved a spot in the shuttle and immediately received an email confirmation. When I arrive at DEN I went to pick up my oversize (snowboard) at SWA. Note to those flying SWA the oversize bags come out AFTER the LAST bag on on the carousel. It was a good 35 - 40 min later. There is a CME reception desk in the baggage area. They confirmed me, helped me with my oversize bag and staged the bags and riders just before boarding. My Driver was Mike. He informed us we would have a quick fuel stop about an hour out. We were all thrilled as it gave us a chance to stretch, grab a water and what ever else. He was a very safe driver. I would have gone faster myself but then we came across an SUV that had just gone over the guardrail on a turn with no ice. So, I think Mike's driving is the better way to go. CME is part of Vail Resorts. The vans/cars are monitored via video and speed. These drivers cannot go to far past the speed limit or they lose their bonus/jobs. And in Denver you do not want to lose a job at Vail Resorts. Be patient when you get to the destination. They do their best to drop everyone off in a drive sequence so they don't keep traversing the village/town. If there is a reason you need to be dropped first (I can't imagine an emergency) just let them know and I am sure they can accommodate. I would suggest a larger tip to accommodate your special need. My trip from DEN was great. I would suggest that you give yourself much MORE time going back to DEN. 1)You may be the first pick-up with 5 more pick-ups and on those pick-ups you can only assume that those people are NOT standing out front in the cold with all their luggage patiently waiting. 2) There are accidents and weather that close down the highway. Therefore, you could be sitting out on the highway for 20 min to 2 hours extra due to that situation. Missing your flight because of this is not the fault of CME. Just leave super early or ski all day and grab a late shuttle to a hotel near the airport. I would...
Read moreI personally did not use this companies services, how ever I did recently have a altercation with one of their drivers. Specifically with one being driven on the same day I wrote this review (vehicle registered 6068) with the state. This particular driver thought it was not important enough to use his turn signals in a high Ford Transit Van. After having my signal on for a couple seconds before my turn as I was trying to merge completely ran me off out of the lane fearing for my safety I was able to avoid a collision with this driver. And honked to let him know he seriously could have injured me. Driver slowed down I’m sure to make sure I didn’t get his info , in doing so witnessed another turn with out a turn signal. This guy is a serious liability to your company!!! And if you are thinking about using this company think twice If it’s this specific driver. With how many people don’t make it home bc of car accidents I was very offended from his lack of driver compliance...
Read moreThis is such a convenient way to get to Breckenridge! Saves you a bunch of money from renting a car you will probably barely use once you’re here if you’re here to snowboard or ski. I have to give a huge shoutout to Austin who took us from Denver to Breckenridge on Dec 2, 2022. Austin gets 100 stars…..his dispatcher gets one star. His dispatcher didn’t put his stops in order even after Austin had asked her to do so twice. We had to turn around to drop someone off due to the stops not being in order. If I were Austin, I would’ve lost it but he remained cool. On top of the dispatcher doing an terrible job, there was a customer on the shuttle who was being extremely annoying asking to smoke a cigarette every time we stopped someone off and just not being understanding of the situation at all. Lady needs to learn how to read a room! I tried to tell her to lay off when our group got off the shuttle because it was not Austin’s fault at all. AUSTIN THANK YOU!...
