Today July 4th 2021 had lunch then went to check this store out I was really excited. What a disappointment there was a short petite Asian woman with short medium black hair and African-American guy in the store who are running it. I was not greeted I spoke several times and said hello even waved .I never got a response just dirty looks and overlooked ignored and then the Chinese lady sent the African-American guy to follow me around like I was gonna stick something into my bag. I was very disgusted and disappointed. I’ll be making a formal complaint with the international airport of Colorado Denver. I love this shop. I frequent DIA and any time I have extra time I make my way to A Terminal to do a little shopping. I have bought a LOT of stuff here and I am not that type of person. It's not cheap, but the taste in items is really exquisite Western wear for women. Everything from jewelry to wallets....gorgeous scarves to fantastic coats and tops. Love them all. I had seen a beaded leather coat I wanted but didn’t have time to really try it on so I asked the manager (7/25/22 at 230 if management wants to say something) if they had an online store. No he snapped then I asked where other stores were (because I travel alot) and he did vocalize a list.
