BRIDES BEWARE. For 2 years now, I thought MHS would be the perfect wedding venue for my Fiance I. That changed after we "toured" the venue. We arrived to locked doors and our late event/sales manager, Heather. I then tried to introduce my Fiance, Mother, and Daughter to her as she walked 5 feet in front of us not caring to know their names or shake our hands. The "tour" continued this way for the next 20 mins, rushed, with her walking in front of us as she spoke. My family and I couldn't hear a word she was saying 90% of the time. When asking questions, it was more about what they couldn't do and zero suggestions on how to incorporate our vision on our big day. We came excited, with every intention of putting a deposit down for our wedding, but left feeling discouraged and sad. I realized my dream venue was anything but and knew there was no way I could deal with such horrible customer service when trying to plan our wedding. A week later we toured another venue who took the time to get to know us and made the planning experience so wonderful and fun. I get that your staff does this every day and it may not be a big deal to you, but it was a big deal to us. Because of your sales associate, (if you can even call her that), you lost a Bride. When we priced out this venue, we anticipated spending around 50k- For that kind of investment, you'd think MHS would have better staff in place to offer a superb level of customer service, not someone who turns their back to you and dismisses you and your ideas without offering suggestions of their own.

Read moreWe were hired by the party that was at this place, and one of the staff members, was rude, and plaint ridiculous! After driving all the way from Colorado Springs, in the snow, to be at the party THAT HIRE US, got yelled for parking in front of the door to unload a table, three chairs and two bag. The lazy lady, that only takes care of ONLY shoveling 1/4 of the front door, and didn't had consideration of doing the rest of it, so not just the party goer would have a safer to path to walk, she didn't even offer to help us, and brought the manager to "put me in my place." Place is spacious, and the event that hire us for a service was very gracious. The manager of this place did tried to make amends on the situation, but that won't change how I feel after being received by a woman, that only works 1/4 of the way in her job. Better training should be appropriate to the staff, in case vendors that come to provide a service, like we did, to help them to unload, and to...
Read more*just wanted to update this, as we finally had our wedding 2 years later due to covid. It was absolutely spectacular, so glad we chose mile high station. People loved the venue, we received many compliments. The service from MHS was flawless, and we were able to just relax and enjoy it. I recommend anyone to work with this team, for a stress-free, beautiful wedding.
We are planning our June 2022 wedding here at Mile High Station. I cannot say enough about how thoughtful and generous the staff have been, especially working with Stephanie through the pandemic.
We moved our 150-175 person wedding not once, not twice, but 3 times, from June 2020- Sept 2021- to now June 2022- They didn't charge us each time because we moved early in advance. They have made a difficult situation much easier, and we appreciate it! Highly recommend booking at this beautiful and historic location for...
