I can‘t say enough about the great experience that my family and I have had learning about Arturo Garcia‘s art and purchasing a special original piece for our home. His art speaks for itself, so I’ll share my thoughts on the purchase experience. Mr. Garcia was truly enjoyable to work with, talking to us about his work, getting to know what we liked and helping us to narrow down our „wish list.“ In the end, we selected a piece that he shipped to us; it arrived quickly, well-packed, and with some thoughtful extras like a personal note, a book, and a poster for the art show where we met him. I purchased a gorgeous print from Mr. Garcia's website. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was damaged by the postal service. Heartbroken, I emailed him to inquire how I go about making a claim with the USPS and included my receipt. He emailed me back that evening and asked if I could email him some pictures of the damage as he would file the claim. Who does that? He then mailed me a new print and it arrived yesterday in perfect condition. I can't speak highly enough of what a great artist and person Mr. Garcia is. I reached out to Arturo to do a custom piece as a gift for my boyfriend and he was very prompt with his email replies. He kept me informed about the time frame for the piece and after getting a good idea of what I wanted he got to work. He let me know when it was done and coordinated with me to drop it off at a gallery close to my apartment. The painting was STUNNING and was more than I ever could have hoped for.
