Tetos Window Tint — Local services in Denver

This would have been my 4th car to have gotten tinted windows from Tetos, only to be left extremely saddened and disappointed with the services received here. I a made an appointment a week in advance and requested a 10:00 a.m visit, as we live 45 Minutes out from the shop location. This was a surprise birthday gift for my husband as he was recently blessed with a truck. With his birthday coming up I thought what better then to surprise him with getting his windows tinted! On our way with so much excitement headed to the shop and my husband not having one idea, we hit a 10 min delay due to a car accident. As a courtesy, I reached out to Teto’s window shop to advise we were running 10 minutes behind and they advised me my appointment was at 9:00 a.m! Most often I am a punctual person as I am organized with my schedule and I am 100% sure on the time that I requested. They then continued to advise me that there was NOTHING they could do about it and “TOO BAD” their EXACT words. To not even receive a courtesy call at the very least when I did not arrive at 9 a.m ,my full contact information was provided during the scheduled visit. I had to ruin the surprise to my husband as he witness tears run down my face. He grabbed the phone from my hands , speaking to the Teto’s representative. Finding out they DONT even have an appointment Log in and making my appointment time up! Won’t ever be coming back here even after being a long...

Tetos customer service was excellent! He accommodated me in a few days had me in and out within the hour. I couldnt pick up my car at the time but he was perfectly accomidating with leaving it till close at 7! Tint work is great! I only needed the front two windows to match factory on my jeep sahara rhino color he made an outstanding call to tint the front two windows at a 15% because most factory is 20% he said you gotta account for the windshield light! What a professional call!and he was right I feel that privacy! If your in the area or not price is way more reasonable than what I've inquired. I'm about 2mths into my new tint. I will update in 1yr to let you know on quality but he does offer i think it was a 5yr guarantee and liftime at an additional price but all in all..great customer service, good attitude, experience, and the feeling safe leaving my car.
