Vina Nails and Eyelashes — Attraction in Denver

Completely unprofessional! I took my daughter in for her birthday to get a full set and it started out well. She was seated as soon as we walked in. About 10 minutes after the nail stylist started, another woman walked in and wanted her eyebrows sculpted. The lady working on my daughters nails got up and took the lady to the back of the salon. I thought she might be taking her to another person that would be helping her with the service requested but nope, she let the lady know that she was the one that would be helping her. The lady said "oh no, you can finish with her" (referring to my daughter) and the lady said that it was ok and that she would be fast. At no time did the stylist let us know that she would be helping another client. She just got up and left!! Couldn't believe it. Even though I felt upset about the situation, on no way did I want to ruin my daughters experience so I didn't say anything. Then as the stylist was working on my daughters nails, my daughter requested that she reshape one of her nails. The stylist misunderstood and thought my daughter was asking to have ALL her nails reshaped. She literally raised her voice and very harshly said "I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED THIS SHAPE AND YOU SAID YES. NOW I HAVE TO RE DO EVERYTHING!! My daughter quickly restated that just one of the nails needed to be fixed. The stylist realized that she'd made the mistake but didn't say a word. Again, I needed to take a deep breath because every part of me wanted to jump out of my seat and instruct her on proper customer service! Ugh!! She and her coworker seen my face and how upset I looked and continued talking to each other non stop in another language continually looking at me. This was the worst experience as a mother! I only came to this place due to the 4.9 rating on Google. I'd give this business 0...

My experience was not pleasant this time 07/26/22. Long story short, I went in for a $35 gel manicure. Cuticles got cut too much, I started bleeding. They charged me $20 for putting my hand in a bowel of water and cutting my cuticles 😐 I paid, but thought that was way too high for the service and how my cuticles were hurting and bleeding. I asked for at least $10 back and they were trying to explain how they cut my cuticles so it's $20. I left with a service not completed and me bleeding from my cuticles. They really did not see the point I was making and didn't want to give me at least half back. I wasn't asking for a full refund, I asked for half. I told them I gave them cash so there was no refund to credit problem and they finally gave me $10 back. The fact I explained this before and after of what the problem was is just a 👎 to me. Have been going here for 3 years to get my Lashes done by June she has always done an amazing job, recently June has vanished and they have no contact information for her. They have someone else doing the lashes in a dark back room I have never been in the entire 3 years I have come, I’ve always been in the front room for my lashes.

The first time my lashes were great, this second time I’ve come back since June is now gone they told me I can no longer pay the price I have been paying for 3 years but instead I have to pay $10 more, okay no biggie..I paid the extra only to have my lashes worse this time, it’s only been 2 days and my lashes have been falling out like crazy and super thin! With June my lashes always lasted a 3 and half weeks if not more. Very disappointed, will be calling tommorow to inform them I need a refill only...
