Got my new phone on Friday from apple mail, called Verizon & spend 45 to an hour trying to figure out the reason why itās not transferring my old device to the new one. I was transferred to apple support, apple support advised us to call Verizon back because they have nothing to do with the transferring , I called back again & they advised me to go to Verizon store. First location told me you have to go to Verizon headquarters, I went spend almost an hour was hoping my issue would be resolved, but was not he advised me to call Apple to replace the device. I didnāt give up I called Apple made an appointment to see a genius at Apple store in Rockaway. On my way I found your location I said let me stop by before I go to my appointment hoping it will be resolved. The minute I walked in Carson who was the person helping me within five minutes I didnāt even have to talk whatās the problem he solved it In & Out of the store. This person is a genius he deserves an excellent customer service 10/10. BTW this was on Monday. That means I spend three days trying to figure out the problem with Verizon. Martha has a IPhone and she really does not know how to use it. She is 71 years old and I am 81 years old. I try to help her but I have a laptop. tablet and flip phone but I know nothing about Iphones. On several occasions I have connected the store on 18 W Main St in Denville. All of your salesmen have been very helpful. When I spoke to Quinn, last night the store was about to close in 10 minutes. He went and got the Iphone that Martha has and walked me through it to get me to set the time that the phone should stay on. Aaron, a trainee, was so curtious and did everything he cud to try to fix my much older phone, I could tell he really wanted to fix my phone for my telephone interview I had at 1pm that day. My phone was a lost cause, knowing it was over 5 years old. I even suspected that to be the case before I came for help. Both Joshua and Aaron, were extremely understanding of my financial situation and helped me find a phone and plan that worked for me.
