Princess Jewelers is hands-down amazing. After going to Princess on a few recommendations, they have earned a new loyal customer. They truly went above and beyond. I am incredibly impressed with their expertise and customer service.
Being new to the area, I was looking for a local family-owned business who would be able to do the work on-site and was heavily-focused on customer service and honesty. Princess Jewelers is ALL of these things and more.
Somehow they fixed my engagement ring that I have been trying to get fixed for more than a year and a half after the chain jewelry store it was purchased from royally messed it up during routine work. And not only did Princess fix it even though it wasn't their piece, they did it quickly and with unmatched confidence and expertise. Furthermore, they refused to let me pay for the work! They said they'd rather have me become a I satisfied customer who would want to come back to them again, than charge me for simple work like that! I simply could not believe it. I will certainly be back, as I would love to work with them again. They truly seem to have passion for their customers and for what they do. Even further, they have a fantastic sense of humor while helping you, which makes it a joy to be there. I look forward to going back, and am so happy I have now found the family-owned jeweler I have been hoping to find.
Here is a bit about my experience: Andrew greeted me right away when I walked in and was so friendly. After describing my situation, he introduced me to Bob, the jeweler, who took a quick look at my engagement ring and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it; and to my surprise, he said he would do it right then and there!
As Bob took my rings to the back, Andrew was trying to describe to me what he would be doing. Bob yelled to the front to have me join him in the back so I could watch what he was doing to fix my rings! That was fantastic! He worked on my engagement ring for just a bit and somehow fixed ALL the problems that Kay's and Jared told me were unfixable! I'm a hands-on person, so I thought it was even more incredible that he was describing what he was doing while he was doing the work- it was great to watch, and really showed me that they are a trustworthy team. He even polished and rhodium-plated my ring after that, and insisted on doing the same to my wedding band so they would both look great and match. It was so...
Read morePrincess Jewelers has been my family's jeweler for many, many years. Family and friends have worked with the Princess Jewelers Team on a variety of projects, and I somewhat recently had the pleasure of working very closely with Andrew and Skye on my (now) wife's engagement ring, my wedding band and my wife's 'stack.'
From the onset, I was quite particular about what I wanted/wanted to see for the engagement ring. Andrew went out of his way to ensure that I had multiple options to review and choose from. After the first round of diamonds came in, I asked to see a few additional stones. Andrew made it happen, and he communicated with me clearly and regularly throughout every step. Skye was often available to jump in and help out, as well. Once I selected a stone, we finished the design process together, and shortly thereafter the ring was complete. It came out very nicely, and Sarah receives regular comments on it. The same is true for our wedding bands and Sarah's ring stack.
I made an error with the inscription on Sarah's wedding band â Andrew took care of it without question and in a timely manner (so that we'd have the corrected version for our wedding day). Thatâs the kind of service that you receive at Princess.
Princess is a family owned and operated business with years of experience and insight. The team will happily provide recommendations/suggestions as desired, but they also listen very carefully to the purchasers goals and wishes. I would highly recommend PJ to anyone looking to build a jeweler relationship or make a change from their existing source.
Thank you, Princess Jewelers Team, for all that you've done and continue to...
Read moreI wanted to add onto my wedding band after I traded in some gold. They quoted me a substantial amount that was more than my ring with a diamond. I was wondering if they could work with me because I couldnât afford it right now and they said no and I called them a month later and said I finally save the money. Is there any possible way that you can help me with my band and they said ââ I donât feel that we are a good fit for you as a jeweler, disappointed . I donât want to go with prices on here and into detail, but I already had my diamond for my ring and use my it gold wise when I traded in my gold the price was still outrageous. I just wish they gave me a second chance once I saved my money up. Instead, I got a text message stating that they donât think I am a good fit for their Jewelers. I really didnât appreciate them making a decision for me. They shouldâve turned around and said Princess Jewelers is a NOT good fit for you, but instead they said that I am not a good fit for Princess Jewelers, I donât like when people tell me what Iâm capable of doing and it was a bit hurtful when thereâs an Illness involved was a bit sad about the whole thing. At the time they seemed to be really...
