I'm an OTR Truck Driver and Recently Delivered a Load to This Location. I Arrived on a Saturday Afternoon Knowing My Appointment Wasn't Til that Monday Morning. I Figured I Would Just Campout in My Truck Rather Than to Stay at a Truckstop. Within 15 Minutes of Me Parking My Truck a Young Employee Named Nick Came Out to Tell Me He Would Unload the 14 Skids of Product for Me Rather Than Have Me Wait Til Monday Morning. I Couldn't Believe My Ears. What a Great Ending to a Rough Week. I Just Wanted to Acknowledge Nick for Being So Polite and Professional In How He Treated Me. Im 59 Years Old and This is the First Time I've Ever Been to New Hampshire. The Tractor Supply by My House in Pennsylvania Has Really Good People Working There and New Hampshire is No Different. Thank You Nick and Thank You Tractor Supply for Hiring Such Great...

My first time shopping with my girlfriend in the store and we went in to buy only ONE item. The cashier (the only professional employee) called Dylan over and we asked for 10x10 retriever kennel roof. Dylan responded with “we don’t have any.. you can only order those online” again YOU CAN ONLY ORDER THOSE ONLINE. So we made the order the moment we left the store, then made our way home. 7 MINUTES go buy and our roof is ready to pick up... so we immediately go back to the store to pick up our order and ask for Dylan. Dylan tells us “I was told this morning that we didn’t receive any kennel roof but I found one buried out back” out of THOUSANDS of items he was told about 1 specific one? Unfortunately AGWAY did not have the roof because that would have been our first choice....First impressions go along...

Went through the process of applying and was approved for financing on a new ride on mower based off the fact that TSC said that they had one available for pickup TODAY at the Derry, NH location which is only a 4 minute ride from home, only to get to the store and find out that they don't actually have any except a broken one sitting in the lot. Complete waste of time and a totally unnecessary hassle to have to go through the whole process for absolutely no reason. Not to mention the useless credit inquiry. Now instead of having a new mower, I have to go through the trouble of getting this removed from my credit....
