Dan was so helpful. My computer had major issues, too many to fix. He advised me on the best type of computer to buy. He could have charged me all that money to fix my computer, instead he advised me that purchasing a new computer would be the best financial situation. He also spent 3 hours trying to help me find my code for my Microsoft office. He charged me nothing. Very seldom do you come across businesses like this. Dan and Katie both said they are all about customer service and they absolutely are! I highly recommend their services. Dan did a great a great job for me this month when my Dell Studio laptop unexpectedly died and I had not recently backed it up. He diagnosed the issue for no charge and was honest in explaining that the price to fix it was not worth it. In its place, I got a beautiful refurbished Dell Vostro laptop with Windows 7 (my request) and better capabilities than my old laptop. He saved all of my important old files, set up my new computer, and had it all ready within 2 business days. The price was a real bargain and the convenience factor was huge.There was no wait to see him and he provided personalized attention throughout the process.
