RIP to my favorite smoke shop 😂 bought my first refill coil for a product I bought less than a month ago. I was somehow sold a refill coil last week that leaked product into the vape- of course that vape isn’t in stock anymore because I recommended my friend buy one too (how silly of me). After my vape stopped working randomly this week, I unscrewed the coil to find product all inside the mechanism- effectively ruining the vape. It destroyed a $60 vape… and i was given $7.20 off a cheaper, crappier product in return. While voicing why I was (rightfully) upset about the situation with the gentleman who had helped me not only buy the initial product, but also get the very disappointing replacement, the “owner” came in, hot and angry, telling me it was my fault for not noticing the coil was incorrect right away, and that it was on me to exchange it immediately, that I had waited too long. She was insanely rude and demeaning, and also loud for no reason. Not a speck of customer service in those old bones, let me tell you. I haven’t been that shocked by poor of customer service in awhile, and am I extremely off put from returning. I’ll likely cash in my points (I’ve been a customer since 2021) and dip. Lots of smoke shops in the area, no need to put up with that...

Everything I have bought from this place broke within weeks and since I live hrs away I lost money but shopping here. They were not friendly to me but they were nice to the man I was with in fact they never asked me what I needed they talked to the mam I was with but had no problem taking my money just didn't want to talk to me I will never shop here again and let see if this review goes away too just like my other one Well please do because everything I have said in this post is true no one greeted me or told me to have a nice day and the things that I paid for broke in weeks so please show who ever you want nothing I have said is untrue and I can see I am not the only by other...
