Bad experience. Even with a receipt to prove your purchase, they'll argue with you about making a return. I spent $93 at the store and when I got home, I found a pair of size 7 sandals I didn't buy. After examining the receipt, I couldn't find the price of the sandals on the receipt so I counted the items purchased. There was one extra item that I didn't buy on the receipt. Brought it to the store two days later on my way out to the airport and had no idea I'd run into all the trouble I had trying to get a refund. They were very suspicious and treated me like I was trying to get money out of them. Funny thing was, the amount of money I was charged was approximately $5. I was returning for the principal and it was convenient. I am well dressed and clearly don't need the $5 but they treated me like I was out for a buck. Odd.

Came to this place to kill time while waiting for the pancakery. Horrible customer service. Not from just one person, but all. Nobody acknowledges you or says hello. All of the employees seem to have an attitude and do not want to be there. They offer a spray paint service for hats and shirts. Two employees there facing me but working on shirts. I walk up to the counter, not one time to they say anything, just kept on as if I wasn’t there. Finally after over 5 minutes one of them says “he’ll be back in a minute” I guess the person that actually writes on the hats was on break. Also don’t recommend the temporary tattoos that they offer, my friends son got one and the handwriting was bad.
