I paid through tap to pay Apple pay with my debit card and their systems spinned, froze, and then timed out. This resulted in my card authorization going through but it said on their POS it did not. After a discussion between my bank and a women at the store, I was not able to reach a solution and had purchase the items a second time with a separate card. Two days later the purchase has officially posted and my bank says due to the authorization given from the store I cannot be given a refund. Read moreThis location was handicap accessible, there were employees inside each entrance wearing masks and latex gloves, having a supply of masks for those who did not have one on (thankfully, Marshall's requires shoppers to wear masks) and hand sanitizer was available. The store was clean n well organized. I found the items I went there to purchase.
