Frank's Meat & Produce — Attraction in Detroit

This place is accepting EBT cards since every thing is closed down they had a sign saying THEY not accepting EBT cards for almost 6 months, but now they are. The reason why I put this post up because its a shame when all those high status people was coming down there getting meat they stop the EBT card but it still did not stop me from going down there for my mom to get fresh meat. They have turned a lot of poor people down who had EBT cards. People have to realise you got to treat people the way you want to be treated that's the Golden Rule, I remember so well it was 90 degree I brought allot meat this lady wanted to charge me for some ice to put on my meat, I coming along giving these people my business. I pray to God these people change their hearts towards people of color because its going to come one day, they going to have to explain to God how they treated...

As for the market, best corned beef hands down. I have been coming here for years, great selection, flat or full cuts. Great service.

This review is also about the new diner. Finally had breakfast there before a morning at the Eastern Market. Excellent food, and great service. Place is a bit small so you might have to wait for a seat, but it is worth it.

I used to go to Zeff's but this is my new go to breakfast when downtown. Zeff's service was bad last time, and I would of gone back until I forgot that Wigleys (Frank's ) opened the diner. FRANKS DELI IS THE BEST!!! I had the most wonderful experience with my family. The owner was sweet to my daughter as well as the staff. I grew up on Lou's Deli & Bread Basket and THEY DON'T COMPARE to Franks Deli! This is the BEST CORN BEEF I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! The Food was made with love and is very tasty and delicious!
