As someone who works 45 hours a week, I value my time. I already have to drive 40 minutes to get to this place from work but today, I wanted to partake in the 2/$99 small buds deal but didn’t know if there was any stock (sometimes, the product will be available a little bit before it’s online) so I decided to call. I called a total of 3 times at 7:01-7:04pm and 2 more times, 7:22pm and 7:36pm. That is 5 calls in 35 minutes that did not go through. That is unacceptable for an establishment under normal circumstances, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and go anyway thinking it might’ve been busy. Imagine my surprise when I found out not only was it not busy, workers claimed that the manager turned the phone down for the store. The MANAGER. On top of the fact that they had no more small buds available. I could’ve saved my time and patience and not driven there had I known this. Do you understand how grossly negligent and unprofessional that is? I had my time wasted and my consolation prize was “well, I at least don’t want you to leave with nothing since you came so far.”

Edit: the manager reached out and apologized as well as followed up on next steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again so I adjusted my review in light of that. Ultimately, if something you like isn’t in stock just take the Website at its word and wait until it is.
