I bought one bottle of Arrowhead Mountain spring water, the big one, One week ago. At that time, I found the water tastes bad as there is a weird smell like plastic or sth.
So I went to this store again to catch up with the return.
CUSTOMER SERVICE asked for my last four digits of the card and said okay to give me a return. (I lost my receipt) I went to the same area and picked up one Arrowhead water from lowest tray. (The first one with bad smell came from higest tray in that beverage area).
I opened the new one which I just got. Since I need to make sure the new one is drinkalbe. It tastes terrible again. The guy of CUSTOMER SERVICE starts to feel angryโฆ..
I told him the thing. I told him that the whole batch of the water may have same issue. The store should talk with the supplier ASAP.
He directly picked up the new water and used his nose to smell it. His nose almost or already touched the bottle cap area. He was too fast that I cannot even stop him. Since he may got sick if I have some disease. I really donโt understand why he risk his life doing this.
Then, he said the water is totally fine. He said โWHATโS WRONG WITH YOU!!!โ
I just argued with him. He just left, refused to talk with me and the security approached me.
I HAVE TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE CUSTOMRE SERVICE. I HAVENโT TRY THE KOREAN FOODS COURT IN THIS MARKET....
ย ย ย Read moreI just arrived there at 8:45pm and the door was still open not closed. So I was rushed to go in as I know it was going to be closed soon and all I need is a beef rips for soup. Then I was called to stop by an employee that it was closed. I asked why it was closed when the doors are still open and the google maps shows itโs close time is 9pm. He said itโs only on Sunday, itโs 8:30pm. Well, honestly, I donโt if itโs really closed at 8:30pm on Sunday or itโs just because they want to close it earlier on Sunday. You know, we all have that โwant to leave earlyโ thought sometime in our life. But at least you should change it on the web so customers like me wonโt drive there from another county to there only because they have the beef with bones that are not sold in regular American supermarkets. Not to mention, thereโs several other customers that were turned down while we arrive. I hope the manager can make sure the store is closed at the right time coz Iโve been to costco and other typical American supermarkets without time...

I visited the Hannam Chain location and completed my shopping when I encountered an extremely troubling situation with a register clerk named Luis. After asking me if I needed bags, I confirmed that I did. Surprisingly, he handed me the bags and instructed me to bag my own groceries on the counter because, according to him, I had "too many items." Puzzled by this, I questioned why I needed to bag my groceries when other customers were receiving assistance from the clerks. Luis bluntly responded, "you have two arms and you can do it."
His rude demeanor did not end there. Luis began complaining that instead of voicing my concerns, I could be using that time to bag my groceries myself. It is understandable if the store was short-staffed, but there were ample employees available to help. As Luis continued scanning my items, he made snarky comments to his coworker in both Spanish and English, right in front of me. I informed him that I understood both languages and asked why he was being so unprofessional. Luis laughed and said, "oh, you understand."
Towards the end of the transaction, I mentioned several times that I needed to enter my phone number for the rewards program. Luis completely ignored my request. When I asked again, he rushed me to pay and raised his voice, claiming I was making his job difficult. I fail to understand how I was complicating things for him when his behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional from start to finish.
My family and I have been loyal customers of Hannam Chain for the past 30 years, even after moving to Temecula. We have always felt comfortable and welcomed at this store. However, this recent experience with Luis has left us deeply disappointed and upset. Unfortunately, this incident has caused us to reconsider our loyalty to Hannam Chain, and we have decided not to return.
I understand and know that leaving this review may not change the situation, but I am sharing my experience so others can be aware of how this employee conducts himself and treats the customers.
