This is the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a company. I spent almost six months trying to resolve the issue with my order, and I'm still waiting. My order cost over $1,000.00 with $300 for shipping because I'm outside of Florida. They charged me for the order immediately, but shipping took over six months. I've had to write to them constantly because they're unable to communicate with me. When I finally received my order, the paintings arrived completely detached; one box was slightly damaged, the other was not. I sent them photos and videos of the problem. They told me they would replace it, but I'm still waiting for my paintings without any communication. When they do respond, they are very polite and tell you what you want to hear, and time keeps passing, and your problem remains unresolved. As you can see from the photos, the quality of the work is poor, and I can't post the videos because it's not possible. I don't recommend this company at all. Don't make my mistake. They sell you beautiful advertising, but the final product is terrible. What can I say about their customer service=0? I have all the records in case I need them for legal matters. I was excited to place an order with this company because I've seen them all over my Instagram feed. I'm a business owner, and I know how important reviews are for us to grow. As business owners, we sometimes lose sight of customer service since we can't attend to everyone personally. They have a great story, and I like them, but I'm not a fan of their products. I ordered a neon light logo. They are not the cheapest on the market, as I received other quotes, but I decided to go with them because their products looked really good on Instagram, and they are local. However, it took a little over a month for me to receive my order,but no transformer to turn it on. So as of right now, I can't even see what it looks like, aside from the picture that I asked them to send me. I was not updated throughout the process; I had to keep asking for updates on my order. Since I am local, I arranged to pick up my order on a specific date. However, when to Miami on my way to the shop I was told my order was not ready, and I was not informed in advance, so I didn't make that 4-hour drive in vain. Anyway, I remained calm and let them finish. When my order was finally sent out, I didn't receive any notifications; I had to call and ask where it was, as it didn't arrive on the expected date once again. When the order finally arrived, there was no transformer, and the actual acrylic they used was very flimsy and of low quality compared to a neon sign I got from Amazon, which came with a control, transformer, and a dimmer. I hope this review helps them learn something and improve their staff training. I will not be ordering from this company again because there was zero sympathy from their end.

No me mantuvieron actualizado durante el proceso; tuve que estar preguntando constantemente por actualizaciones de mi pedido. Dado que soy local, organicé la recogida de mi pedido en una fecha específica. Sin embargo, cuando llegué, mi pedido no estaba listo, y no fui informado con antelación, por lo que no hice en vano ese viaje de 4 horas. De todas formas, me mantuve tranquilo y los dejé terminar. Cuando finalmente enviaron mi pedido, no recibí ninguna notificación; tuve que llamar y preguntar dónde estaba, ya que nuevamente no llegó en la fecha esperada. I ordered a Father’s Day frame May 6 2020 it’s August 4 2020 and I still have not received it. I got in contact already with two people from this business one sent me a tracking number that would let me know when it’s in transit but it still says they only created the shipping label NOT sent it. Another one told me to text her the picture of what I wanted because my picture might have gotten “lost” so that’s why they couldn’t send me my product so obviously I sent her the picture and the tracking number the first girl had given me. I’ve tried reaching out again but they never answer the business phone number they have on here. I had to go through there social media accounts to find more numbers to call.
