This LOCATION/ESTABLISHMENT shall leave you baffled by their complete incompetence
This is the location/establishment that offers & does not provide adequate delivery services for Starbucks orders. I paid an extra ($2.99) for express delivery, then charged ($4.05) for service fees and ($0.99) for delivery. A total of $8.03 for "express delivery" that was NOT express, & for unacceptable and delayed services of goods provided. (Starbucks) The establishment/workers do not adhere to the policies nor services offered & paid for by the consumer, meaning (Doordash), (Ubereats) is also at fault for not meeting their own rules and expectations. NEVER have I ever come across such a poorly managed Starbucks establishment. I placed my order at 09:37 AM, order was delivered at 10:45 AM. I'm only 8 minutes away. (1.7 miles) in drive time, (1hr) of walking distance, meaning I could have walked my happy * over there, picked up my order, and walked right back and not have to pay the ridiculous extra amount charged for when placing an order for delivery from these useless apps.
Oooh and wait wait the BEST part is that I had previously placed an order for delivery with (Ubereats) at (08:49AM) from the SAME (Starbucks) SAME order SAME LOCATION and their driver had the audacity to arrive here at (09:49AM) (Priority Delivery) with someone else's order/completely WRONG order. I am baffled by their complete incompetence and unreliability. Unfortunately, my car is at the shop, and I couldn't just walk out to get something to eat since I'm currently at work, being useful doing what I'm suppose to do for the greater good of not only myself but of my community.
