Honestly always dissatisfied with this location but especially tonight . I would just want the manager to acknowledge the fact that the ONLY female employee tonight July 22nd was very rude from the moment I arrived if your security camera work check it out I kindly asked her to help us find a item we were told was at the location by a Smyrna Starship location which we didn’t mind and she made it more of an issue that my WIFE didn’t have her physical ID but did have it on her apple Wallet & pictures yet still didn’t validate it and didn’t even try to help me find what I was looking for . Then I walk out to purchase for me and my spouse which she didn’t approve of so I walked back in and asked if I could please get a refund since I had barely walked in and out and she made a face expression that made it seem to me that she was bothered . She called her manager in my presence and stated it’s been minutes I left the store ….. which I never even drove off of and the item was in. It’s package STILL . End of story manager approved the REFUND . But I did appoint to her that she LIED and gave misleading information and she stated “ oh I didn’t know I had to be specific to my manager “ and I did say to her “ you’re supposed to do the right thing “ like how do you manage a store and be dishonest? , the one in Smyrna is my GO TO ALWAYS and ALWAYS LGBT FRIENDLY . Hospitality and service is always a TOP 5 . Unfortunately with staff like tonight’s it’s this type of service that runs clients always / low...

My experience was amazing as always. Been going here for a few months now and have never been dissatisfied. As soon as i walk in .im always greeted by the lovely Nicole. She obviously knows what shes doing and has the knowledge necessary to help out any customer , like myself. I was having a hard time choosing what to buy my girlfriend for our anniversary and she went above and beyond.showed me multiple options and explained each very well and detailed . When I entered an employee was standing in the door blocking the door way. She asked me if I was coming in. Why else would I be standing in front of the door with my hand on the door handle? She didn't properly greet me. The male employee inside was not knowledgeable about their products and had to ask her. I drove quite a few miles out of my way in heavy traffic to find apathetic employees and a tobacco shop that does not sell cigars... I was disappointed in the lack of customer service more than their lack of tobacco. They did have a nice selection of bongs and vaporizors though 😒......
