I was refused service. Worst customer service experience I have ever received. My children were present and frightened. I wish I could have gotten the man's name. But this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food or any restaurant in general. I was ordering at the drive thru. The man was rude and impatient right off the bat. I kept trying to finish my order and had to speak loudly to him because he kept saying what? after everything I tried to order. Finally the last item I tried to order he was rude again so i said it louder because I assumed he could not hear me. He then tells me that I have an attitide with him and to pull around. So I pulled around and he flings open the window and told me he cancelled my order and slammed it shut. With my money in my hand, I sat there confused waiting to see if I could clarify. When he finally opened it back up he told me I would have to pull back around to order if I still wanted my food and that he refused to serve me what I had originally ordered. There was several people behind me and I had my two children in the car with me! I honestly could not believe what was happening. I am still in total disbelief and shock. I sat there a minute longer just dumbfounded and he then tells me that if I kept sitting there he would call the cops on me. He then begins to yell at me and frightened my two young children. My daughter is still upset by this. And For what? I'm so upset. I have never been disrespected by someone like this in my whole life. And during a time like now, the covid-19 pandemic. Is this guy for real? I am so upset by this. I will never eat at another checkers again. My family won't either. And I will warn everyone I know about this location. The customer service is...
Read moreWORST checkers I’ve ever been too. I stay in the area so I’ve gace them multiple chances. In previous visits I’ve had terrible customer service and my food is nasty. My sandwich is literally thrown together..can’t be fresh cause the cheese isn’t even melting or this cheese just isn’t good cheese.. and on top of that 9out of 10 they gone tell you to pull around so they can bring it out...Anyway the finale was about a month or so ago.. Around 9.. I place my order burger and a slushie.. simple right.. guy tells me pull around he’ll bring it me and 2 other cars pull to the side. Wait a whole 10-15 minutes Guy walks out on the phone with If i can remember Ms.B apparently she’s telling him to close.. (again it’s 9) so not even closing time.. Anyways so he’s holding my food while on the phone telling her he got customers and then he is closing.. 2-3 other employees miraculously get out there cars that were parked and head inside.. he hands me my food i check and it’s wrong he rolls his eyes and with a complete attitude he says I’ll just refund you cause we gotta close.. I say okay well did you just give the person behind my burger (cause he was still there) he says i don’t know I’ll just bring you the money back i gotta go.. comes back with the money and ask why they are closing so early and he gives me a attitude again says just cause and walks off. So i asked his name he’s like why (he doesn’t have a name tag on). i ask again and I’m sure he gave me a fake name but he told me Tyrone... I place a formal complaint on the website that night and never heard a response to this day. So if you want some cold food with a side of bad customer service by all means this is the best...
Read moreI recently had the displeasure of visiting Checkers in Dorville, and I must say, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The first issue we encountered was the incredibly slow service. It felt like we were waiting for an eternity in the drive-through line, with no indication of how long it would take. The lack of organization and efficiency was truly baffling.
As we finally reached the speaker to place our order, the frustration continued. The staff member took an eternity to respond, and when they finally did, they seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic. It was abundantly clear that they did not care about providing good customer service.
To make matters worse, when we finally received our food, it was far from satisfactory. The burgers were overcooked and dry, lacking any flavor. The fries were cold and stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours. It was clear that no care or attention to detail went into preparing our order.
The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The slow and unresponsive service, coupled with the subpar quality of the food, left a bad taste in our mouths. It is safe to say that I will not be returning to Checkers in Dorville anytime soon. I urge others to avoid this establishment...
