I am in Atlanta visiting. I had heard about this store on a social media craft group that I belong to. So of course I had to find it. First time in, I was impressed coming from a town that “only” has Michaels and Walmart for crafting needs. I bought a couple of sheets of HTV, Remover AND 3 razor back tank tops. The tank tops were in plastic bags and on the shelves which said “do not open”. I respected their rules. I can wear a size Large in something’s but decided to get an XL just to be safe. NO! They run small. I went online and read their return policy assuming it matched their store... It said you can return 7 days for online orders only. I made my purchase 2 days ago on this hour, bags with tank tops are still sealed except 1. The Arabic lady who seemed to be in a management position was extremely blunt about not excepting the exchange. All I could think was thank GOD this isn’t the trip I had planned to bring my crafting friends back on. I was ready to show them this place. She began to insult my intelligence by telling me about COVID-19 as if she and I didn’t have a mask on and etc. I do take responsibility for not reading the receipt and REGRET not “disregarding” their Do Not Open policy. I would understand the policy better if it were not allowed ONLINE... What exactly would be the difference? I was able to put the 1 razor back in the plastic as if I never opened it. On my next trip I will check out a different vinyl store and ask to see the product before I purchase. I was in their store on September 8 I made a transaction for $63. 75, before I swiped my card the system showed the amount above and I also have a receipt to match. I check my account this morning and there is $637.75 missing from my account. I call the store and the owner is RUDEEE and tells me I have no right to be mad and I am no longer welcome into the store because I am upset about what he believes is a mistake. The problem is how does a mistake like that happen when everything matched before I left. He send me a receipt with a refund and it also states the charge was for $63.75 so how does this happen without the numbers being changed in their system after I left. Yes I was refunded apparently (money is not back yet) but how are you ride with me because I'm trying to figure out how a mistake like this happened. Even the refund receipt matches my receipt for $63.75. My advice to anyone is USE CASH IN THIS STORE BECAUSE THE OWNER WILL "BAN YOU" OF THERE IS A MISTAKE ON THE...

Best place in the area to get, decent vinyl. Their cuts are not perfect so be prepared to have some not fit in your cutter without doing adjustments, The quality of the hoodies are nice they have a great supplier but prices are steep asf! I think buying bulk from the supplier is probably better but if you got like a day 1 turnaround they are close to the best. T-shirts are also decent but just like everything else the tax on items makes it somewhat a money vortex when buying multiple items especially since price increases by size. The vinyl you have to be very careful because not all vinyl have the same lifespan, so they sometimes get super brittle and do not separate when weeding. Overall they are still a 4 star, minus the fact that Doraville PD sits in the parking lot some days and try’s to harass customers but that has nothing to do with the business.
