Money Mizer Pawn and Jewelry of Dothan, AL — Attraction in Dothan

I would like to give my experience with this pawn shop. While it doesn't affect me directly, it will affect those in the future who are seeking a job here. Due to her animosity (the woman who runs the shop) against those who come from personal resources looking for a job, you will be treated like you are below her. She also holds a grudge if you dont have a personal vehicle to work there and have rides (how you answer will determine your interview). Which is silly, to say the least. She takes pride in chasing them away, especially if you play into her vendetta against personal resources. I have no idea why she would treat a secondary person outside of her vendetta in a manner where you can feel her disgust, but it wasn't very fair that I can feel her frustration by looking at her the one time I entered the shop. The feeling made me not want to go back in. It's probably what she wanted as well. I couldn't feel a hint of humanity in her eyes. It was all because of my relationship with the person who was hired through a hiring agency. I also believe that since her husband works for the ATF, there could've been more they could have done to help, but alas, she didn't want to do that. It was either not teach until things were wrong till there was a given a reason to fire you or we would treat you in a way where, although it can't be thoroughly proven, but very intentional, then find a way to get rid of you. The worst of it is the white lies she creates through the process just to label someone as a bad worker. I never treated her poorly, nor did the people who get hired here. I never spoke a word to her.

The situation i witnessed and even predicted the outcome because I've dealt with these types of people before. They are always the same. Honestly? The way she is just makes me feel speaking out against her will just drive her into retaliation. Her husband works for the ATF afterall, she probably could pull strings. Of course, that's out of just pure speculation. Being even slightly associated with this pawn shop makes me feel uncomfortable, and I would prefer to keep a distance. I am compelled to speak about my experience for those to know the possibilities and how they interact with those they despise. I wanted to update my review because I had another great experience today at Money Mizer. I've had my eye on that M1 MacBook Air they had, and decided to buy it today. I was going to put it on lay-a-way, but I had the extra money this month, so I went ahead a paid for the whole thing and took it home today. This was a Christmas present to myself. I just bought another MacBook Air from them a couple of months ago, and it was also a great laptop and it was also a great deal. I will be giving that one to my sister for Christmas. They are always very nice in there and I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. I got the new laptop home today and updated the operating system and changed my settings. Everything works wonderful, and I got a great deal today. I follow their Facebook page to keep up with their deals, that's how I found out about this laptop. I've also sold to them, and they give fair prices too. I really enjoy shopping here because they always have a good selection of electronics. They have an 85 inch TV that I would love to have, I just don't now how I'd get it home. Thank You guys, and Happy...

As I went into money mizer today I took some silver rounds down there because I talked to a gentleman that told me that he gave spot price for silver when I got there the lady asked me what did I want for them and I told her I wanted what I was told which was spot price she proceeds to tell me they give a percentage of spot price when I told her did the gentlemen on the phone told me that he gave spot price for silver she proceeds to tell me he did not intentionally tell me that to which my rebuttal was I guess he accidentally lied I wouldn't recommend these people to know one they do not do good business this is not my first experience but it will be...
