We are new to the area, we've been trying to find a good go to coffee spot. This definitely won't be it. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, with no other customers in sight at 11am. We were over charged, for a few extra doughnuts and an extra drink over $10 worth, but she did refund us just over $8. On top of that the decaf machine was broken so couldn't get what I ordered, but said they'd comp me a drink. Can't drink much caffine, so I ordered an iced hibiscus tea with cane sugar. Which was not of equal value, $7.85ish large iced summit latte down to $3.80 for the tea. That was on me I guess, I was tired of sitting in the vehicle with 2 littles, so I ordered something I didn't think could be messed up, well... What I got was warm, and looked like sink water. It was grayish opaque colored, ice melted and had stuff floating in it. I attempted to drink it, but was unable, it was barely flavored and not sweet, it was quite honestly terrible. The other two drinks and doughnuts were okay, nothing amazing. I guess it wasn't totally all the barista's fault, she was apparently newish and there was no one else working with her, which is bad business. We also left a good tip before we realized we were over chaged and our "comp drink" was less than what we paid, but we weren't going to dig out the tip and we felt bad for the barista. All in all we were severely disappointed in our experience. We stopped here because Bean Bros has amazing reviews. Won't be back.

Read moreCame in today at 11:40 and waited patiently to be served for a solid 5 minutes and the girl working (wore braids have no idea who she was) never said a single thing to me. Not a I’ll be with you in a second or anything just pure silence as she moves around behind the counter seeming to clean or make a drink or something. After about ten minutes a man sneezed from behind the counter and the girl said bless you to him. Never even saw there was a man but he was laying down behind the counter also not saying anything and then eventually got up to pee and walked past me in the lobby to the bathroom and then back behind the counter to lay down, still ignoring me. Eventually 20 minutes had passed and I was now late for work and no one did anything to acknowledge my presence so I left. Horrible staff, horrible communication, disrespectful and weird. No reason at all to come back since I couldn’t even place an order with 2 people working behind...
Read moreI’ve been here a handful of times and each time, the item I order comes out better than expected. This isn’t so much about the food/drinks as it is the service. Why does it take 15-20 minutes for one persons coffee? Originally I would do 2 stars on service because the employees I typically encounter aren’t to bad, but I can’t get over the fact I’ve been waiting in line for nearly 40 minutes and I’m the 2nd person in line. Granted it may be busy inside, the drive-through is still just as important. I’m sure a lot of people would prefer this gets fixed because a lot of people do seem to enjoy those clays and I don’t think anyone else necessarily wants to go to another for coffee. People have jobs to be up at just like you do working...
