I recently had the pleasure of staying at Super 8 in Dothan, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the exceptional service, updated amenities, and overall experience made it a memorable stay.

Let's start with the front desk, which was nothing short of outstanding. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly upon arrival and efficiently handled the check-in process. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

The housekeeping team was exceptional as well, as my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. Their attention to detail truly made a difference.

The Man that checked us in said you smell like smoke to my cousin mind you we don't spoke. Who does that That? This morning he calls the room and told me its check out you have to leave the room I said your clock saids 10:25am I'm sorry. No its 11 you have to get out. I said please don't talk to me like that. thats not appropriate. especially when your clock is wrong. I told him I have to wait till my ride come to come and bring you the key I cant carry my suitcase down the stairs he didn't care. continued to be nasty. He told me to leave the room now. I stood outside of the room door to waIt for my ride. the phone started ringing. smh!! When my Family arrived they came and helped with my bag then I took them the key then the woman began to display her distastefulness. Over talking me and I'll tell you those are the most ignorant non caring folks I ever delt with. I took a video of the room just in case they pulled some funny business. too much wasted energy. I will never recommend this establishment. not a set of husband and wife I would want representing my Chains of Hotels Circle 8. Customer Service was horrible. We encountered nothing but problems during our extended stay. We were not provided with maid service, had to bring our dirty towels to the office to change out. I spoke with the office staff early one morning about being woken up by a stray puppy whining and scratching on our door, and was, very nastily told that they wouldn't be able to help and that if it was at our door it must be our dog. Not only were we charged twice on our last day there, we were told if we did not clean our room we would not be receiving our security deposit back. We were instructed to sweep the carpeted room, wipe down the tables and dresser, gather dirty linens, and take the garbage from the waste baskets, because the housekeeping staff was overworked. We were not given any sort of sanitizer or cleaning products so I can only assume that the room was not only poorly cleaned by GUESTS, but absolutely nothing was done to safe guard against the potential dangers of Covid-19.
