Target — Attraction in Douglasville

Have always loves this store until today! Went to pick up a PlayStation controller that my son ordered on line and of course was told upon arrival that they didn't have it! I'm wondering when will the money return on my card so I askws the manager by the name of Annie (that's what she claimed it was, she wasn't wearing a name tag). I explained to her that the past couple of times there has been issues and also told her that I was unable to download my $5.00 gift card. She stood there extremely nonchalant without a single apology that I had driven up there and the product wasn't available. Nor did she try to help with the gift card issue! Her attitude was basically 'Oh well"!!! She was the rudest and most ignorant store manager that I have encountered in a long time. I spoke with my cashier by rhe name of Roderick who was wearing a name tag. He continuously apologized and tried to rectify the problem. Although my gift card continues to say unable to download, his customer service was superb! I have been inconvenienced as well as dissatisfied with my last couple of visits and trying to order online. I have left complaints, and NO-ONE has taken the initiative to get back with me. I will take my business elsewhere, even if I have to start back going to. Wal-Mart. You all need to train Annie on every aspect of store management and...

I have been coming to the Target on Chapel Hill Rd for over 20 years and never have I ever been treated as I was treated today Mar 2, 2024. I typically go through the self check out and today was no different.

Everything was fine until the old white lady with white hair who walks with some form of disability walked up without saying a word, slid the container I was checking out over to her saying nothing then looks inside saying nothing. What kind of customer service is this.

I have bought several storage containers from Target and never has an employee attempted to sneak and look in the container. Typically with great customer service in retail employees will come up say hi or hi how are you doing and ask if they can look in containers or bags.

Or Ask do you mind me checking, never have I ever had an employee sneak check my items. Then get an attitude when I ask what are you doing do you need anything else to check of ours and she simply walked off saying no in a rude tone. Where am I wrong? I had to go out of my way and drive 45 mins to get a particular baby formula that seems to be carried at every target besides my nearest store. That’s the only reason I gave this store 2 stars. However, while trying to get other usual items… this store had mainly empty shelves, beyond rude employees, and I tried to take my newborn into the bathroom to change her. I ended up having to change her in her stroller outside of the bathrooms because they were beyond disgusting! I wouldn’t even sit my bag on the floor. Almost every toilet, including the only handicap stall large enough for us to fit into had overflowing toilets. I even proceeded to the one family bathroom, and I, myself couldn’t even use the bathroom because of how disgusting the toilet was! I’ve been to a lot of different targets throughout and I’ve never seen one like this! I choose to pay Target prices for a better store experience and this was not even close to...
