I had an issue with my Uber eats order from this location and called to inquire about the best resolution regarding my order. I spoke with Jay who was said to be one of the managers. Jay didnât sound like he was educated at all for a managerial position. He then pushed my call off on Jocelyn idk I guess thatâs her name as another manager and she was not skilled enough either to handle customer service complaints. I asked if they could provide a refund for the sub that I clearly still have and provide my missing oatmeal cookie which is documented with Uber eats. In addition, when I was told no refund would be provided, I then asked would they remake the sub, and her response was no I had to go through the third party. Huh? The third party didnât make the food they delivered it. The food was made incorrectly and it was soggy. This manager also said she will not give my information to the owner for a call back because I am not able to tell her what the call is regarding. Mind you I repeated my concern numerous times and she became rude by talking over me until I just hung up the call. Before I begin please be advised that I called the restaurant when I got home and witnessed the condition of my sandwich. First I was put on hold and then when the person who answered spoke with me and I explained the situation I was told the manager did not have time and would give my concerns to the proper people. Now my concerns, starting with the meat being bunched up in the middle of the hero so at one end it was barren. Yet I could have dealt with that except there was so much Mayo on the sandwich it was slick and nasty. It was globed on as if I had asked for a mayo sandwich.    Read moreCame in at 9:06 to order dinner. There were still people inside eating and the door and Google both said the restaurant closed at 10. One girl started taking my order and another girl interrupted and said "we closed at 9". The girl who originally started taking my order told her that the door is still open, and I told her the hours show the store closes at 10. I left without dinner and told her you really should lock the doors if you're gonna close an hour early. Not sure what the girl's name was who decided to close early but it was on 5/28/22 right after 9pm at the Douglasville, GA location. I love Firehouse, but maybe talk to employees about closing early, and if they are being asked to close early by management, don't allow customers to walk in and literally start ordering before waiting to rudely tell them...
