See's Candies — Attraction in Downey

I was so surprised when I saw an OPEN sign. It was xmas eve 2017 and the place is usually closed when I drive by on Sunday afternoons. Sees always has the best peanut brittle and they were sold out of butterscotch lollipops. The line got longer after we arrived. My guess, it's because people saw the cars in the parking lot and noticed Sees was opened. The selection was weak and scarce but the staff was the friendliest ever.
