Unfortunately, the park disappointed me a bit. Not the animals or the animal encounters/shows... but the number of rides/roller coasters. My son was slightly too small for the 5.4 rides. So, we couldn't try the first rides as a family. The water rides weren't open and didn't start operating until the afternoon. Without a fast pass, there was hardly any chance of enjoying a ride in under an hour. There's a nice area for small children, but it's almost too "small" for 9-year-olds or older and offers little action or cool rides. In summary, plenty of space with some fun rides. The prize stations like ball throwing and frog fishing... come at a price, but my kids still had a lot of fun and went home with a few souvenirs. One last tip from me: nice magnets depicting your "Visitor Magnet" (Orca) would have been great. The selection was rather poor and not very good quality. I finally found what I was looking for...

An awful experience to put it mildly. Apparently it completely escaped SeaWorld that families would bring strollers and wagons. The security line for strollers stretched out past as far as the naked eye could see, literally. I made the half mile walk through the parking lot to put the stroller away in the car while my family went ahead without me to get to the dolphins on time. When I got back to the ticket entrance 30 min later, the tickets we paid for did not work. Apparently SeaWorld's tech does not allow a group of four tickets bought together to be used at separate times. All the tickets, incorrectly, read as already used. So I am now sitting in the parking lot, which I paid $60 to be in, waiting for my family to finish at SeaWorld. I think we paid $500 to be here. I would not go even if SeaWorld was willing to pay me $500 to show up. A miserable, hot,...

Halloween Trick or Treating at SeaWorld is a must! They had a ton of stations set up and had great candy and snacks. I love that they encouraged to keep coming back as well! A friend and I brought our sons for a surprise Mommy n Me Trip. The trip was off to a rough start just due to the shut down and both of us being tied to the government in different ways, the struggle is real. BUT the trip had already been planned so we were making the most of it! I want to give a special thank you to Nery at guest services who was helping us redeem a voucher. She was so detailed in helping us plan our day! She was so kind and just brought sunshine to our first day of our trip. She...

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!’ If I could give a zero-star review, I would. SeaWorld is a scam. I purchased a $200 gift card as a treat for my family visiting from out of the country. They were excited to enjoy their day at the park, but when it came time to use the card for dinner, they were refused service. My family, including my cousin who ended up in tears, faced humiliation and embarrassment from the staff. To make matters worse, I was still charged the $200 for a ecard that couldn’t be used! This company has shown no accountability, and I’ve escalated the issue to their CEO, Marc Swanson. Beware of SeaWorld — it’s not worth the stress and disappointment.
