Arbor View Center — Attraction in Dry Ridge

Disappointed. This is a low income housing unit. We're on one income, which is disability. When I spoke to someone on the phone and explained our financial situation, she said that they were able to help us out with a place for sure. We borrowed $25.00 for the application fee and went to the office. The man in the office spoke with us and told us that he really didn't see a reason why we couldn't get in a 2 br by November 3. Then a young lady who was in the back came up and took our application, she was not happy about her life apparently, because she had a awful attitude towards us. When I asked her if she had a floor model apartment we could see, she rolled her eyes and said no, but you can see the apartment when you move in, if you are approved. I knew in my gut and by her attitude that we were going to be turned down. Waste of $25.00 that we had to borrow. As it turned out, we were denied due to, too LOW OF INCOME....

I am only in this area in order to do laundry. Personally, for my experience, I believe that their triple loaders are a bit expensive. They have put in new dryers recently but I continue to use the old ones just because they are tried and true. Sometimes the bathroom is open and sometimes it isn't, which is a little aggravating. For the most part. There isn't anyone on site but sometimes there is and they have always been friendly. The liquor store down the way has the same owner so if you do need to use the restroom you can ask them for a key ❤️ little known secret. I will continue to do my laundry here because there isn't another laundromat within 20 mi of my house. If I had to change anything, I would put in more triple loaders less...

The place could use some TLC!!!! The bar seems to be the only place that is important!!! Laundry mat is scary at night and just not safe to be if your a female and alone at night. Cameras yes inside and out but still not very...
