This used to be the best subway that I’d ever eaten at. The service was fantastic—polite, fast, and reasonable. Unfortunately, that all changed a couple months ago when the new owner came in, completely fired the entire crew, and apparently he and a couple family members now run it. They are stingy and will nickel and dime you. I have so many examples from asking for an Italian sub (and not asking for extra cheese) and being charged for one of their “hero” subs with extra cheese, double charged for a sub but told that’s how it’s charged. Bought six cookies and charged individually vs a pack of 6. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the nickel and diming has only gotten worst. I recently bought a 6” veggie patty which rings up for $6.99. They then added a 6” veggie delight as a $5.49 upcharge. So now this 6” sandwich is more expensive than most of their 12” sandwiches with double cheese. Explain the logic to that. The guy is ridiculous when trying to explain the charges. The way he charges his customers is criminal. I will never go back, and I would highly encourage others to not go as well. I rarely give bad reviews, but this is awful. I give them a max of 5 years before they go out of business because they run off all of their regulars (and 5 years is being generous). Read morePass this one up. Some miscommunication when I asked if I could get a veggie wrap and the fact that no soup had been warmed yet, ended up with no options for an order for me. At the register while paying for a drink and chips I again said that I had just been to a subway that had a veggie delight. The cashier said, “really”. As if I had said something that was absurd. I called back once outside to say that the online menu had a veggie delight listed. I was then faced with a pubescent response that led into a barrage of accusations that I had been offered a wrap and turned it down. I looked at my receipt only to realize i was over charged just over 4 dollars. When i asked the ass oops i mean asst mgr to correct it she acknowledged that i was over charged but said only the mgr can do a void that i would have to come back monday. More of my time and gas that im sure i wont be compensated for. Why have a ass mgr if she cant correct a mistake.
