I worked at Papa Johns in Dry Ridge Ky from August 2024 to August 2025. During that time I've seen Adam and Amanda, the managers, which are engaged to each other, treat employees awful. I've seen them drop food on the floor, pick it up blow on it, put it in the box. I'm like really? They say it will be fine the customer will never know. Now you know. I've seen them put whitish slimy tomatoes, that have obviously soured, on the pizza. When I asked why, I was told can't throw it out it will make food cost go up. Ive asked for something to be remade cause it looks awful and been told no it will be fine got to keep food cost down. They have everyone clean really good a couple days before the store inspection so they pass it. Amanda has cussed the employees out using the "F" word including her own son that works there. They get into yelling matches with customers there, very unprofessional. As an employee it makes you feel very uncomfortable. I've seen several employees quit because of it. Adam and Amanda both have stayed clocked in leave to go home or out on date night and ask the shift lead to clock them out at a certain time alot over the last year. If she doesnt like a certain door dasher she calls Door Dash and has them blocked from being able to pick up from Papa Johns again. Amanda has pulled me to back just to talk bad about another employee behind their back. Logan needs to do weekly surprise visits to the store and come in through the back, instead of giving them a heads up he's coming. When they have a heads up they make everyone put a hat or visor on and start cleaning. Anyone in the back that is not employed there leaves. When I stood up for myself I was fired and told I have...

I came to Papa John’s for a pizza. I left with enlightenment, emotional healing, and garlic sauce so powerful it probably counts as a sacred artifact. I don’t know what kind of celestial oven they’re working with back there, but that crust had the audacity to be both crispy and fluffy. I cried real tears.
BP is right next door, watching all this greatness unfold like the jealous neighbor in every sitcom. While Papa John’s is out here crafting edible masterpieces, BP looks like it gave up on life in 2006 and just decided to lean into the sadness. I parked in front of BP by accident and my car immediately got sad. It wouldn’t start until I turned it toward the glow of Papa John’s.
Inside Papa John’s? Friendly staff, golden cheese, good vibes, and a guy named Kyle who made my pizza with the focus of a monk in a trance. Inside BP? Flickering lights, a sticky floor, and the lingering sense that you’re being watched by a raccoon with unpaid taxes.
Papa John’s gave me extra pepperoncini. BP gave me anxiety.
If you’re standing between Papa John’s and BP and you still choose BP? I don’t know, man. That’s a...
Read moreI ordered a large pizza, 8 BBQ wings and a 2 ltr Dr pepper . Received the food and hour after ordering but have not received my Dr. Pepper . I was told by two different people last night 9/9/23 that it will be brought out and today is Sunday 9/10/23 and still haven't received it. I was then told by the manager on duty this morning that her two employees lied saying that my husband and I were calling them names. Well one I am a manager of a store and I do know how to take care of my customers unlike this Papa John's . I will go up higher than the "general manager' . I have been a manager for 12 years and I do a long with my employees know how to fix an order and take care of the customers. Unlike this store that wants to send out food that is luke warm when it gets to your house and then blames you for them forgetting your 2 ltr. . Well this is not over and I will go...
